The location was quite good, with everything available nearby, so there were no concerns.

A king-sized bed is preferable, as the queen bed does not provide enough space for a comfortable sleep when my daughter joins.

Terrible experience at FabExpress Ivory Pearl – BTM Layout.Upon entering the room, I noticed multiple hygiene issues, including: A centipede crawling in the room, which bit me, resulting in a painful health issue. Staff were rude and dismissive. This stay caused health issues and mental stress. Not recommended at all.

I recently booked a room on Booking.com. The listing said “Pay at property”, so I chose this hotel thinking I could pay at check-in. But soon after booking, I started getting repeated calls (twice a day) and many emails asking me to pay in advance. They said my booking was only tentative and would not be confirmed until I paid.They also warned that if I didn’t pay, on the day of check-in I would only get whatever room was available, not the one I selected - which makes no sense because the price shown on Booking.com is for the chosen room.When I asked the hotel receptionist about these calls and emails, they denied contacting me, which made the situation even more confusing and stressful.Overall, the daily calls and emails made me very worried about my stay. I would not recommend booking this property.

Good location, clean rooms, supporting and helping property Manager and staffs. Fecilities nearby restaurants, supermarket, mobile shops etc. Overall 100% satisfied during the stay.

Just reminder room number 207 exhaust fan was not working. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Room. 101 had lot of bed bugs and my whole body was full of bites. Really bad experience ive stayed here nearly 15 different occasions and this time was worse

Rooms are spacious

The flush was broken when I checked in however no one got it repaired until my checkout. At the same time, bed linen was not changed on check in which was changed on second day on my request

it will be very good if there is proper sunlight and good ventilation is provided.

Tranaport connectivity

No cleaning. In 1 week stay they cleaned the room and washroom only once, that too after asking for multiple times. Bedsheets were torn, room had cockroaches. Careless attitude of the staff

Only the location was good

The bathroom was not clean, exhaust fan was not working and it was so much smelly. Even they kept kind of used bed sheets. And tired towels. I spend so money for just staying 8 hours. And bathroom was full of cockroaches. They didn’t keep water to drink.

Location of the hotel is perfect for me.Every room has geyser and A/C

No towels provided.No daily room cleaning.Sheets are not clean and had cigarette burns.Room had cigarette smoke oder.Plumbing had water leaking issue.Floor was not clean and had some sticky feel to it.

Bedbugs, Bedbugs & more Bedbugs in every room !!!

I didn’t have high expectations - like mentioned before, couples go there to spend the night together, which is fine, bring earplugs. The staff at the reception has some rude attitude - alright, can be ignored and handled. BUT the first night I had bedbugs in my bed!!! I immediately told the reception which didn’t seem to bother too much, as if it wasn’t their responsibility. I could change to a room just to get bitten by them again and again. I spend the second night on the floor in hope of some sleep which was impossible. After travelling India for 9 months, this was defiantly the worst place.Spend some extra money on another place - don’t stay there. It’s awful. The whole hotel is a joke for that price.
