Suffered with water heater during my deluxe room stay with my family

Bathroom was clean and big. But water was clogging and Toilet gun was not good

Nothing like. Initially denied accn eventhough full payment made in advance. Have to pay additional amount to get the accn. Too much Rats in the room. Tooth brush taken away and the 100 gm Colgate paste badly bitten by the rats

Neither mineral water not toilet soap supplied. Nothing providedToo bad experience for the first time

We want near by the krpuram railway station. But it's very far almost 6 km from station. And we can't get direct bus to hotel. Because auto ? charge very high, so we prefer bus. Bus is available all time . But the hotel location we have to get 2 bus to rech hotel.

Hotel management was not good, found cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was not clean, 1500rs is not worth ...

They charged us 3097 rs where as in app it showed 2500 n some change which included break fast but the hotel did not serve breakfast

The rooms are good but the bathroom is not good , there is no air ventilation for proper ventilation. NO RESTAURANT FACILITIES AS PER PHOTOS . You can explore Sitara for All your Veg needs otherwise Murli and Paradise are good options near to hotel

The hotel manager is a nice guy and does everything related to your comfort.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities to make my stay comfortable.The hotel's staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
