Location is good and provision of a well functioning lift is a good aspect.

Initially, a room was allotted to me which had bed bugs !! I raised the issue following which my room was changed.

The AC was too noisy. I couldn't sleep. When asked if there could be an alternate room provided, I was told "You need to co - operate". Pathetic service.

Hotel staff refused to provide me breakfast.

I booked a room with breakfast but the hotel staff refused to provide the breakfast for both days and I am still waiting for refund. Please do the needful to return my refund on time.

Amazing ambience and comfortable rooms I really loved my stay . The breakfast was super amazing . And I had really tried their dessert which is super amazing I overall loved my stay here . It’s a must visit place

Food was excellent, house keeping was also good. Staff was polite . House keeping maintained the room very well and responded well in time. Thanks to the team for taking care of us in a very efficient manner.

Hotel is neat and clean with extremal good facility. Very helpful and support staff . Nice ambience. Thank for tha all services. It was a relaxing stay and the food was awesome. Miss Nisha and balam and his team .. definitely i will again in future.

I stayed just one day for a short trip and the stay was very pleasant. It's near to all major services (Metro, food, ORR, and software companies). And rooms cleanliness is expected and breakfast also very good.

The location and ambience

There was no proper staff support. No one was responding when called several times. Room was smelling with bad odor.

Food was good, staff was polite and well behaved.

In couple of hour of my stay ac stopped working. It was raining and weather was cool outside so I did not mind. But it would have been great if ac had not stopped working.

Nothing in specific. All were OK.

The hotel is actually in a side walk. What is shown in the picture is a bar and restaurant. The hotel facade is dingy and narrow. Not the standard for Fab hotel

Loved it. The hotel is very clean at a good location, with very friendly and professional staff. Great Breakfast and a comfortable bed round off the perfect stay!

Bad, unsafe, unprofessional.

It’s located right on top of a liquor shop where people drink right inside the shop. It feels unsafe at night because of all the drunk people.On our first day, a couple checked in and the girl was apparently an escort. After sometime, they were physically fighting in the corridors.We asked the staff to extend our stay for one more day and he confirmed it. The next day he asked us to leave immediately as he had booked the room for someone else also.

Nothing. Had a week long stay planned. Left the hotel in a few hours
