Hotel O King's 10 Near Snow City

it’s full of dusty and dirty room provided. it was horrible to stay

Everything. especially the rats. i came for exams. I didn’t slept for second in my whole stay. rats are my things and power cut in the night. No AC for the whole night. Fans were making high noise. in addition, they are fixing the other rooms.

The Location

- No Cleanliness - Bugs Everywhere - No Wifi- No Amenities- The online photos of the hotel are scams- Bad AC

Poor

Un clean Toilets, bedsheets , lot of insects

Beautiful room Everything about the room - the furniture, the bedding, and the décor was top-notch

The best hotel as They have very good security. The guards are awake throughout and the staff is also reliable. Did not face any issue throughout the stay.

Horrible experience, shady staff, unsafe

We were standing and harassed for hours because we had already paid the full amount in advance. They would have wanted the amount at the hotel in cash because the guy at the reception said they hadn't had their dues settled with OYO yet. That wasn't any of our problems and that didn't warrant hours of being harassed at the hotel lobby. We were eventually sent to another hotel 5km away by OYO customer care which had worse rooms, was cheaper (but the price didn't change) and the number of extra cab bookings we had to do was 3x the hotel price.

Kudos to the friendly staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Hygienic bathroom and comfy bed.

Just a charming place. Stay was nice and comfortable, however room was clean and spacious.

no issue at all

Everything was good

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation with great customer service Rooms was just perfect and Property was neat and clean. Room was large and clean with good AC

Everything was good

Layout of room, look overall

Not maintained well. Cockroaches

Location was good and staff were polite.

They didn’t even provide a bottle of water. Interior was broken. Bulbs were flickering. Switch board near the bed was broken. Dish tv recharge wasn’t done. It was done after the request. Last but not the least, WIFI IS NOT AVAILABLE

Good atmosphere, clean and well maintained rooms. The staff was really supportive and accommodating. Room was good and manager was so corporative.

NA

Staff good, the veg restaurant is available, There is no doubt that the hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. This hotel has probably the most friendly enthusiastic staff. I will surely visit again to them.

no issue at all

There is nothing to like about the property..staffs are very non cooperative also rooms are very very dirty. There is no cleaning at all.you cannot spend a minute in room.
