Airport Gateway Hotel

It is close to the airport & rooms were decent.

Internet is bad. ..service was very poor...they gave only 1 towel per room. Breakfast was not sufficient.

Room was spacious and neat

The bathroom could be cleaner and better equipped

Desk attendant was pleasent.

Carry on bag left in ltheir luggage storage had an open lock and missing items.

Obolutely nothing

Everything from reception to room service. Most unhealthy bedroom clothes, foul smell all over.

The helpful attitude of the staff who woke up early in the morning to let me check in

Room walls were dirty and a little bit of painting would be nice.

The room was good given the pricepoint. Nice enough and affordable if you want to be in that location. Nothing else to praise, really.There was hot water easily available, always a plus for me.

Nothing much, I'd have maybe liked a room on a higher floor because the lower floor is just facing a tea stall and it gets a lot of stares.

Stay is comfortable and staff are friendly too.

I didn't like that while I was eating in small dining table in sitting area / hall other Customer/Guest came along with the staff for another Room which is little bit awkward but Couldn't help it as the Rooms are like the apartment. Thank you ?. ?

Location is near Bangalore Airport. Around 15-20 minutes travel. The staff was very good and helpful. Room was clean and thought they do not have their own restaurant, the food ordered was delivered quickly. Front-desk was quick to help.

The bed is big and the room is so spacious.

Too much mosquitoesNo towels provided in the bathroom. WhennI asked for a towel, the room attendant gave me an old and broken towel looked like a rag. I was so annoyed and disappointed.

The staff were cordial and helped me with the onboarding. The location was fine for a one night stay.

The food wasn't good at all. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We were accommodated in a neighboring hotel as this hotel was full.

The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. The room was quit.

Furniture is old. All staff in the room is old. The water is not hot - only warm. On the morning we found the cockroach in the bed.Staff tried to sell us taxi to the airport twice time more expensive than Uber. The breakfast was Indian without choice. They said that they normally have sandwiches for breakfast, but after 9 am. We had a check out at 8 am because of our flight schedule, so they didn't prepare them for us.

Close to airport 15-30 minutes depending on traffic, had all amenities, kettle on special request.

Don’t expect high quality and cleanliness especially with bed linen at this price. Photos are bit deceiving.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. It is very sparse with few amenities, but it is very reasonably priced. It takes about 30 minutes to get there by taxi, and you ride through some pretty rural areas (which I really enjoyed), but you will eventually get to the hotel. The bathroom is very simple with the shower not enclosed in a separate stall. However, it is clean and very functional. The bed is not too comfortable, but I slept fine. It had a common kitchen area if you wanted to cook your own food. There is no restaurant attached, but you can buy food from local vendors in the area or you can order from the hotel staff and they will bring it to you. All the food is very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it again, but only if you know what you are getting.

The hotel is near to Airport and eazy to connect.

It would be good if a name board is placed on the main road as the hotel is behind othr buildings

The hotel staff's are very flexible and supportive.

I have booked room from abroad and requested for taxi. The staff told me that they will sent taxi to the airport on time of arrival and will sent the taxi driver details to my WhatsApp on the same day. After 24 hours of travel when i reach airport no one there to pick up and no contact details sent. When I called them they are not aware about it. And then it's took around another 45 minutes to get the taxi to the airport. So i felt bad. Also the AC, TV, bathroom taps are not working and no towels provided. Also they were offered breakfast included in the amount but as per there instructions 8am to 10.30am they serve food but we should call them and request about it. All these i felt not good.

Pls notice- the hotel is 25 minutes far from the airport(not a it appears in booking map)and located in a construction area. We had to travel late at night to not very pleasant area a in the end the price was very expensive comparing to the not so much of a room we've got

Guy at the desk was helpful and courteous.Wifi was available.

It was more like a house with two rooms sharing a dining space and a visiting room ..The cutlery for the breakfast provided was black in colour, so was not clean..Wifi speed was low.

nice service and friendly staffs...value for money..and also near to airport..Yonus and keshab..staffs are excellent service..
