FabHotel Corporate Crown - Nr. Jyoti Nivas University

excellent location and comfortable stay.

cold breakfast(dosa) with very very limited options...so we skipped that breakfast and opted to have it outside. Everything was good except for the breakfast. since many eateries nearby, it wasn't a major issue

Facility is poorly maintained. Hotel do not provide any amenities as they mentioned on their site. If you’re looking for a low budget hotel

Everything about them, customer service center is so bad, you will never be able to get in touch them..

Location, it's at the heart of Koramangala,, party places pubs bars restaurants are at walking distance, plus its away from all these crowded places so you're away from noise while if you need to go for dining facilities or enjoy your evening you can easily walk , there are 100s of eateries around.Staff was nice, and available to help at 24x7,

At price being charged they could have provided more toiletries or like coffee /sugar / tea sachets. Also, bathroom space could be a little more cleaner with a little more small amenities like shampoo, cleanser soaps , or for shaving , these things weren't available

Nothing, total mistake booking this property looking at pictures in Booking.com. it's not as per pictures

1. Once booked in booking.com this property people started reaching out by email, whatsapp and phone saying I need to make min amount payment to confirm booking. This is a trap. Once you pay anything, theh stop answering phone or messages.2. The property is not well maintained, it gives a lodge feel. Cleanliness, bed sheets, bathroom all not clean.3. Too noisy from outside, and too many mosquitos inside room4. Didn't get a safe feeling there Checked out in few minutes after checking in and looked for other accommodation as I didn't feel it's ok to stay. Lost full amount of booking but it's ok.

Very polite and friendly staff. I feel they were the best part of the stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to various restaurants and malls.

Poor interaction with the customer service. The rooms were not up to the mark with hygiene and were worn out. Similar with the toilet facilities.

Good location and very kind staff

Pictures shown online don’t match the current state of the room Everything is old

Very poor

Room was not neatly maintained. stinky. Full of webs. Breakfast served were unhygienic

Bad

The room was pretty much small. The bathroom was stinking really bad. Even after asking them to clean it, the smell was unbearable. AC wasn’t working. And mosquitoes were there at night. We booked for two nights and because of the room condition the next day we vacated.

Location and staff

The bathroom door was tight

It was shit. I wouldn’t feed it to a dog

How about everything. The room, the smell, the sheets, the bathroom, the reception desk, the staff, the towels…all of it. Have I missed something?

Location

The fan the AC the bed the washroom

Location, staff

Towel quality

Just near Jyoti Nivas Pre-University College and close to a lot of malls and restaurant

Excellant location, Very Close to colleges and eatries and pubs all along

Very small room. The breakfast for the days meant for a little boy. Also, there's only one item of food that you need to eat!

Written above

Best budgeted Hotel,Reasonable tariff,Location,Friendly staff.

No such things that I didn't like. But few suggestions : Break fast menu, can be increase, for a delightful stay. There is always scope for improvement.

INFESTED WITH BED BUGS.SO IF YOU FEEL LIKE GETTING INFECTED & HOSPITALIZED, THEN TAKE YOUR PICK.

BED BUGS OF COURSE, IS A NIGHTMARE COUPLED WITH MOSQUITOES IT BECOMES HORRENDOUS. MY ROOM WAS DAMP TOO.THE RECEPTION GUY WAS MORE INTERESTED TO TALK IN AN ADOPTED FAKE ENGLISH ACCENT THAN TO RESOLVE ANY OF OUR BASIC REQUESTS.PLACE FROM INSIDE IS NOT LIKE, AS ADVERTISED.I HAD TO CHECKOUT MIDWAY WITH MY FAMILY AFTER SERIOUS BED BUG BITES AND VARIOUS PATCHES ON SKIN. STILL USING MEDICATIONS FOR SKIN.P.S: SHOULD HAVE SUED, MAYBE !!!

location

1. Breakfast starts very late - 8:30am. Though I paid for breakfast, I wasnt able to utilize even for a single day due to late breakfast serving time. (I stayed for a week)2. Cleanliness is poor. I spotted a cockroach in the room and a rat in the elevator.3. property does not accept international credit cards. Why do they take bookings from international travelers? I had to find a friend to help me pay.4. The person at front desk sleeps there till 8:30 am. Very unprofessional.5. My request to clean the room while I was away was missed twice.6. While cleaning the room, refilling tissues or soap is missed every time unless pointed.

The staff is very kind and helpful. And the hotel is very well staffed and organised and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay very well. Its all very good

Location

Room size, bathroom, smell in the room. Breakfast was not served even though it's part of the booking.
