Small rooms high price.

Very disappointed

First of all, at the time of check-in, reception staff offered a discounted price if I cancelled the booking from Booking.Com and book directly with them. That was unethical.The corridors and rooms were so smelly that it triggered my allergies.Aircon did not work in one of the rooms. I had a horrible night as it was very hot & humid (due to the rains in the previous days). When I reported the next day, aircon could not be fixed due to some technical difficulties. When requested to put me up in another room where aircon is working, reception staff said "sir, all rooms are booked out" and hung up the phone with no apology or offering alternative arrangements. Essentially, I paid full fee and received less than promised services. Reception staff have no notion of 'customer service'.I am extremely disappointed with my stay having visited Bangalore after years and that too to attend a special occasion.

Location was good, easy to get an uber to explore the city. Was close to the ISKCON Bengalore Temple. Breakfast was ok, a simple selection. Room was a good size, included desk to work if required. Bathroom was ok also

Intense smell of moth balls. I had to reactivate the room card every day at reception. -_- wtf. Snack options in the room was terrible. Definitely too overpriced.

Liked the ambience, service and food

The Suite was very spacious, well-designed and very well-equipped. Furnishings and Fittings were impressive for the city's standards. It was also extremely comfortable. We were so relieved to be in this hotel. Location was very good and the view outside our window of the ancient tree along the quiet street made for a restful and peaceful ambience in the suite.

Breakfast was very basic and too simple, very few options and small portions. The breakfast definitely needs to be improved to match the wonderful standard of the suite room and the good standard of the hotel itself in general. A proper full kitchen with professional staff needs to be established perhaps. But with so many great breakfast eateries so nearby, like legendary "The Rameshwaram Cafe @Rajajinagar", we got to an extremely scrumptious breakfast easily and were not too affected by the kitchen issues.

The property is in city center with access to shops, restaurants, and road transport. Has electric boiler within each room for hot water. Staff is courteous and helpful. But do not help unless asked.

The rooms feel like they are built just for purpose of renting without thinking about the comfort. The plugs don’t work, TV does not work etc. the place feels very expensive compared to the amenities provided and state of the rooms.

Everyone's feedback is genuine. A very nice place. I was surprised.... Clean / comfy rooms / neat, good food, excellent service. Though no parking, we easily found space nearby. Overall a cool stay

Fancy internet connected TV couldn't figure out how to get it to work.

The property located in the heart of the city. The staffs are very helpful. They have spacious rooms and good amenities and facilities. Recommend for both business and family travellers.
