- The hotel provided sagging mattresses in twin beds. Springs embedded in the mattresses pricked us. The hotel tried to replace them but the replacements were equally bad and sagging. The mattresses require replacement. In fact we removed them and put thin blankets on the top surface of wooden cots and somehow managed to sleep for four nights.Other than this, staff was very good , breakfast and food were good, the level of hygiene was good. But one has to compromise with sleep and that forced us to give a poor rating.

the location. it showed Indiranagar and it was at Mahadevapura and that is 45mins away from list Location.no dental kit or anything.attitude of the receptionist and staff was horrible.I wouldn't recommend this room for another family
The location is good- about 5 min cab drive from the nearby metro station.The room is spacious, comfortable and with harmonious color combination, which is a rare find among hotels in India.There is a lounge on the ground floor and a roooftop bar, which makes it easy to hang out with friends.
It seems hot water isn’t running 24/7; I had to ask for it when I wanted to take a shower in the evening, which is a rare scene in the hotel business.They were nice to fix the no hot water issue but still it wasn’t convenient to ask and wait.

Water drops from the ceiling. Ait conditioner making constant noises. Views from the hotel are very poor..... And, the online payment didn't work and I had to pay in person .....

There seems to be an error in billing. I was quoted X+GST, but I was charged (X+GST)+GST.I was being asked for a voucher from Booking.com and I was not sure of what the same was.There seems to be a communication gap that needs to be closed. Please do initiate the return of the excess paid.

The room was literally stinking shut if windows opened as it was a smoking room. the staff was not good. The service was bad. M usual traveller bt this was d worst experience

No internet facility. WIFI password is not given until asked for. Reading light was not working. Response to call was very poor. I had a headache in the night, but no medicines were available at the reception. Hot water was not available in the bathroom at 7.30 am in the morning, it was only slight warm water. When asked the staff says you don't know hoe to operate the taps, we can do only so much.

Worst experience I have had with these guys, staffs at the reception needs to get trained on how to talk to customers. Even with the booking they told me that the booking details have not been received. Was asked to pay to some personal Gpay account for staying inn. During check-out they charged me extra 1k. The room service staffs were the only ones that behaved more trained than the once at front desk. NOT WORTH!!!!!
