FabHotel VJR HSR

Bed bugs, found bed bugs had to rush out in the middle of the night

They have cancelled our booking and we did not has any information. We became helpless at night 10pm when we reach the hotel. It was disastrous experience

Booking cancelled with out any information to us

Location

Only one small lift. Room is small just to meet purpose

Location, and staff.

Rooms were having insects.

A no-frills property, best suited for work trips and I have used it several times. The wifi is great, air conditioning works well and I have always felt safe as a solo woman traveller.

They could improve the cleanliness of some of the rooms

closer to shopping centers and easy access to buses and cabs

Bathroom could be much more cleanly maintained. Had seen some cockroaches in room.

Property management seems utterly unprofessional. They kept spamming me with payment reminders every 30 minutes even though at the time of booking, you mentioned as "payment at the hotel" itself. I wrote to them with a few questions. They deliberately ignored my email

Staff support

Power cut in night for 3 hrs..

Free upgrade to bigger room. Free breakfast. Pub and restaurant on top floor

Not many options, Sunlight is piercing on the dining tables, making it worse for comfort

Location of hotel

I would say, near my working place and centre city, room is clean daily.

There are breakfast so bad i don't like at all, better avoid breakfast you'll find outside. In my room Ac water dropping, often power cut too.

Still not received invoice for my stay.

No breakfast and dinner

Good staffs

No parking and less facilities

There is nothing to say that we liked a particular one.

Everything we didn't liked over there. By assuming that its from Fab we've booked this hotel. But after seeing this hotel we thought like, did we visited a village lodge or OYO room? Its really looks like a under rated hotel which can give 1 star rating actually. I really don't liked this hotel, This is one of my worst exp till now

No disturbance, good location.

Small room as per the price

Rooms were not clean and suffocating, had to checkout and rebook in a different hotel. The FAB staff did call asking for feedback but never came back with a resolution.

Good option for breakfast

Top floor is bit noisy in the night due to disco bar

Reception was good

Fan makes noise. AC doesn't cool the room enough. No parking not valet provided by the hotel

Great location, great food

Reception staff need to be more responsive. I didn’t even receive the bill for my stay. Hope it will be mailed to me now.

Location is good ? TBC sky lounge was great ?

TV was pathetic, small and namesakeToilet needs maintenanceSaw few cockroaches ?, need pest controlSpring Mattress not comfortable No greetings whatsoever from staffEarly check-in charge 500 bucks and don't see that in tax invoice
