Very good location by offices and shopping area close by the hotel.

Needs to Improve in the restaurant. We stayed there three night first day food is ok. Second day breakfast buffet poori curry is very smells bad. We notified the chef disagrees with us. Next day dinner buffet panner curry spoiled. Other couples also

The Breakfast was good, the choice of food was not extravagant, but the food was tasty. The staff seemed friendly, and the reception staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The room was acceptable, and the bed was comfortable. My clothes left on the bed was folded nicely and was a good gesture.

the view in my room was horrible... bird shit on the roofs, the pool was dried up and dirty. the bathroom was in a terrible condition; the shower head was rusty and mold every corner. the toilet flush did not work well, and the TV channels did not have English or Tamil channels as far as I searched. the room lighting could have more lights for brighter option and darker options as well. No visible plug point to iron accepts at the bed side or the tv.

Clean and comfortable place located in a busy area. Staff very co-operative and friendly, food was wholesome and very reasonably priced. Very close to Embassy Manyata Park and I could walk to my workplace.

Early check in almost 3 hours in advance. Very prompt service by very courteous staff.

The shower could be better.

The location of this hotel was good. You could get cabs easily and there is a mall next door which means a lot of food options were easily accessible.

The rooms, the staff (except a few chosen ones). Everything was below the expectation. The bed covering was all stained. The toilet had all dirty red stains. I had to pay 2800 rupees for early check in

Nice to be on the Busy location but due to road traffic high dust and noise pollution. Restaurant needs proper care. Lot of insects on the floor and inside eating place. No Aircon in the restaurant.

The hotel itself is very good and cozy. The staff are also friendly. The facilities are also good.

The building itself is good. However, the surrounding has too many constructions ongoing.

The location is near the airport and shopping mall. Staff are nice and we got the free upgrade!

The flush didn’t work and the curtain that covers the bathroom from the room was stuck. The key card stopped working. The first two were repaired on request. But to have basic facilities broken in a global chain was quite disappointing

The staff were friendly. Sanjay checked us in and gave us a free upgrade because we were with a baby and there was a smoking room allocated to us and he gave us another room which was nice of him to be considerate

It’s so dirty! There is stains everywhere in the toilet, there are these white stains of Calc on them. They are not clean

Only thing we liked was the breakfast and dinner.

A lot. To mention few, rooms and toilets were not clean, swimming pool was not usable, cleaning staff entering the room without permission even when the guest is outside. No soundproof between rooms, neighbouring rooms tv sound spoils our sleep.

This place is an absolute disaster. The road outside is a construction site, the rooms (sheets, toilet etc.) are unclean, the breakfast is very low quality and the facilities are not at all as shown in the images. The staff are OK but I would not recommend staying at this property.

Great place.. gradually declining, poor housekeeping, poor maintenance, poor attitude for accommodating requests, Hotel can bounce back with some inputs..like supervised housekeeping, food was good

My recent stay was a huge disappointment. I booked a suite expecting a spacious and clean room, but instead, I got a very low-standard room with an empty minibar, no conditioner in the bathroom, and a dirty bathtub. There was nothing to like right from the beginning. To make matters worse, I had to wait 15 minutes to get my room despite arriving an hour after the check-in time. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spacious rooms.

It used to be a good property about 8years back. Now it looks run down. The rooms are not clean. I happened to use the toilet in the reception area beside the GMs office… was stinking like a public urinal and no tissue papers. There was no water glass in the room… had to order from the room service.The towels look unwashed.
