Clean. Efficient. All requirements ardressed

Restaurant was good for breakfast but not for dinner. The room windows on opening are dangerous as there are no bars and someone can fall down.

Near to airport at this price i get a excellent room as well, staffs are very friendly and hygienic room highly recommended

The hotel has become old, not good food, no good break fast options, poor bathroom condition and the construction happening of a building to the right side of the hotel is literally 3 feet away, where earlier they had their garden, so from those side rooms there is no privacy.

I stayed one nite only. Would not stay there more than that. Not very professional hotel.

Bathroom was ok taps were broken toilet was leaking toilet roll was broken. Telefone switch was broken .Television was only working local channels which I did not understand no international channels were working in my room. Staff was new did not know anything you ask. They were saying it's my first week. No manager was on duty..

The location is good

Room 205 had water dripping just over the potty pot. The elevator was non functional. The room had just one cup although it was for twin occupancy.

Nothing at all. It is a shitty and unsafe hotel, run by a creepy maanger.

1. The hotel is old and creaking, old furniture, old everything. The electric sockets don’t work properly, the furniture is creaking, the showers barely throws out water. 2. The manager: The manager some Bopan / Booban / Boobman Majumdar wants to scan every visitor who comes across to visit and is outright creepy. 3. The hotel is clearly unsafe from the way it is run. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. 4. The room service is slow, have to give several reminders to staff. Not too competent at all. 5. Food is mediocre at best.

It was near the airport Bed was good. Good window the opened.

The shower didn’t work. Old furniture.

Location and mainteneance of the room was good, However the Toilet soap and towel provided was not as per expectation. Breakfast was not from the hotel, it took a lot of time as we were short of time and had to go without breakfast. Even the Coffee and tea was bad. Just wattery tea.

I was really fond of the seating area adjacent to the bedroom. I had had a super tiring week, and the hall really helped me relax and chill. The rooms also had really nice paintings, good vibes, and were spacious. Some of the aesthetic was also woody and rustic, such as the doors, which was cute. A good mix of old and new. The location was also quite good, with restaurants nearby and very near to the airport. On the 5th. floor, there was also a really nice common terrace area with a swing and working space, which can be ideal for remote workers or meetings.

The food (although very freshly prepared and hygienic), wasn’t the tastiest.Also, the bathroom door lock in my room was broken. This could have been a big issue if there were multiple people in the room.

Only liked the location.

AC was dripping, very dirty bathroom and cockroach ? on the bed.over priced below standard food.This hotel needs a thorough revamping.

Property location is good .

Few things need to be upgraded Firstly washroom needs upgradation with commode taps etc. towels were very old . Breakfast menu was same every day.Moreover there was no provision for half/qtr plate for single person due to which solo traveller have to go to other restaurants outside to meet their requirements.

The rooms are big and spacious clean . The beds are comfortable and room service is excellent. Located near Airport and on the road . food is reasonably priced

old property no facilities according to the price and there is no good welcome in front office ,no valet parking just asking booking name and there was a guy he is in uniform and one more he came in t shirt he given the room but there is no smily face in front office and good welcoming as expected in star hotel

Didn't have. Also not offered with the room price.

I had a suitcase and a backpack. But the porter took only the suitcase to the room leaving me to carry the pack. Also, he didn't close the door after leaving.Old style plumbing, more difficult to use.

Regular staff lack required experience , not customer friendly
