- Once we arrived at the hotel, they forced us to pay the full amount for 3 days in advance.While booking, we saw images with a queen bed and one single bed for a family, but they provided us with a double bed and a mattress for the 3rd person.
- The room did not meet my expectation and on arriving it was musty and smelling. Informed the receptionist who said they will look into it but nothing major happened. Decided to cut short the stay and leave the next day. Booking was done for 2 days and we expected a refund but they did not refund the money and kept saying they will send it. It has been 4 days now and no refund has happened. If this continues i am planning on filing a police complaint against the owner for the same,

Staff was incompetent at the main desk, none there to put the luggage in the room.While checkout they put extra charges and when refused then after 10 minutes waiting they said okay fine..mistake.
The staff was attentive and food was good.
I was traveling with my kids and the extra mattress they gave was of very poor quality. I had to convince them to give me a better one.
Location is convenient if you are looking for activities if you have any to do in Mysore Road direction. Also easy to access locations near outer ring road
I had taken 2 rooms for 6 days within last two weeks by two stays. Only once I asked for late check out for one room, they charged extra for it.
Costly to sleep on the floor
The tariff includes the cable tv they provide, yet they asked us to pay more for English channelsBooking .com showed us a picture o two beds (twin - one large and one small) we we not given that. We had a bed on the floor. I did not pay for that. I don't blame the hotel but booking.com for providing false information.
No response till you called staff 3-4 times
On TV only free channels were available. Those also closed on first night only. And than Dish was closed. After asking 50 times they arrange set top box. Really disappointed.

1. Careless staff they just say yes but don't solve any problme2. Flush not workign properly3. Bathroom hot water does not work properly takes too long to hear4. Electicity went off at midnight and staff kept saying it will come back in 5 mins. Had to scream in the morning for hot water as electricity was not restored. 5. Cable has only kannada Channel and select hindi n English news channel. No hindi or english entertainment or sports channel available even when requested. They said yes for this too but didn't do it.6. Breakfast was average7. Cleanliness was average.
