Nothing. The room was not cleaned. The toilet had no lock. Blood Stained towel provided to us. Noisy room from outside. Ac not working. No privacy in there. Rusty toiletries.

pest control service must be improved

I am consider you as small enterprises. If you consider following things, it May better for you.1. all the bathroom fittings should be replaced including tiles. All old furniture should be replaced. Just refer good 3 star hotel near by if have money to spend if you target customer new generation/it persons

In vicinity for many IT offices

- Food was average, limited options- Cleanliness is very bad. The management is not concerned about cleaning the room- The bed linen and towels were stained and smelling bad- Bathroom fittings are stained, spoilt and smelt bad. The bucket and mug provided in the bathroom were stained and management did not change on requesting for a better one- Balcony, windows, curtains, tables, cupboards and racks are very dusty- While cleaning adjacent rooms, the cleansing agent causes vomiting as it smelled like fertilizer

Parking was limited. Our car was an S.U.V. so entering was narrow.

I haven't had a chance of having breakfast though it came with hotel booking package because I used to get up late and breakfast timings at hotel is up to 8 AM in the morning, so I cannot comment much on this. I ordered few food items during my stay and what I felt is the food price is somewhat inflated. Another thing which I wanted to notify, while booking , it was shown, the room which I selected has a balcony and provides city view but what I got is another room which is on the opposite direction with a balcony. Not a big matter as there is nothing can be considered as city here and all you will get views of streets filled with rotten garbage, which is beyond hotel administration's scope. The main plus side I feel about this place is the Hotel care taker boys attitude and their politeness from room boy to receptionist. Excellent!!!! Very nice and you don't need to worry about anything, you place any request for food or anything they will fulfill without any hesitation. Last but not the least, internet connection excellent and you can do all your office work with the speed provided. No interruptions for power or internet. Another advantage, if you want to roam around electronics city for any purpose and you don't actually need to hire a taxi or auto, instead you get online two-wheeler rental (Vogo) and their scooter station is just IN front of this hotel which is a major plus point.

The area where the hotel situated and the roads leads to the place , you get suffocated by seeing the dirt and slush covered , pothole infested and garbage filled roads. This hotel is situated in Electronics city phase 2.

It was healthy n tasty.Location is 1¹/² km away from National Highway n all essential things r available from the shops nearby the Hotel.

Hotel staff doesn't have fluency in Hindi n English.
