Location was good

In the website it is mentioned that early check in is available for this room type but was denied early check in. Staff was not at all professional. Whole reason i booked this is because early check in allowed even though the cost is high. We eventually stayed in a regular room instead of a suite as it was not good and we paid the suite price.

Actually nothing much. It's primarily a business hotel - and conference groups to stay at.

The room air conditioning was average, taps leaked and the room smelled awful. The only decent aspect was the front office manager Santhosh who was respectful and decent.

Location is good, some good restaurants in the area

No real shuttle service to airport. You need to order a taxi and the price requested by the hotel seems very high.

Horrible

There were 7-8 people in the room next to me & all of them were drunk & were creating nuisance the whole night shouting,banging the doors till 2.30 am .i was in the next room 101 & couldn’t sleep.later the receptionist changed changed my room to the 5 th floor (only to sleep)

Courteous staff

Came in late night after international travel. Went to rest around 2.30 am. At 7.00 am I heard nonstop door bell for 5 minutes I woke up startled and did not open the door. Later at the reception found out it was house keeping staff. They did not care guest was tired and resting they ran the bell and won’t give up. Hot water does not work after the first 2 minutes of running hot water. In the midst of the shower you are harshly surprised with cold water. ? ? I waited for a while with no luck. At the reception I was told if you had Informed you want to use hot water shower we would have switched on the same for you. ??

I liked the staff and food. People are good, rooms are okay. Cleanliness is a bit dodgy but overall okay.

The owner has this tendency to say spill 2 buckets of water then only hot water will come. So much waste of water in this hotel which I did not like at all. There are people in the world who doesn’t get clean water and here the carelessness is there for taking the environment for granted.

Bad

The staff was not cooperative. Name Mr Partha was not coperative in his approach. Guest handling was exceptionally dismal and disappointing.Did not give a wake up call at 4 am but did on my own. Arguments at the counter by the Mr partha. Take action.Driver had to return the money back through Gpay as he had taken cash. Like double charge.Awaiting your reply.

The Rooms were in tattered Condition with Broken Furniture, Broken Aluminium Section in the Windows, Broken Wash Basin, Wardrobes Full with layers of Dust. Non Functioning Refridgerator.

Breakfast. Helpful nature of staff. Though slow in getting things done. Booked a can for 9.15 am. But got half an hour later.

AC was not working in first room 107. After wasting half an hour on it with staff. Still did not work. It was around 12 pm and very hot. Next we moved to 207 where AC was somewhat working.

Poor Up keep no toiletries. Also even when breakfast timing was upto 10am at 9:45 buffet breakfast was either removed or finished. They served what ever asked for out of the buffet from the kitchen but cold sambhar.

Door lock (digital) was not working. On two occasions returned to find door was still unlocked

Proximity to airport and airport drop and pick up on payment. Staff is good

Food could be better. The bathroom planning could be better

Neither AC remote was working...nor was TV.Room key had to replace 2 times.Whole night outside lights were flashing in the room.They should have provided dark and thick curtains.

staff behaviour. they take 45 min to 1 hr to get tea. and moreover have limited options half of the menu items are not available

The location helps, it's near to airport

The rooms were small even after taking a superior room, no hot water - we did not bathe there, the food menu was limited . The beds were not firm and old . They charged for continental breakfast n server regular- idli, poori baji and omlette. So the stay was not comfortable.

Location is the first advantage for the hotel, its very near to the airport and also highway. Place was very calm and hotel was neat and comfortable.

Staff needs a bit of training as we need to ask them for everything. Although they are helpful they should be more proactive. Eg: I have to ask for Wi-Fi password

The bed is too soft...not comfortable. The common areas need maintenance...carpet is worn out.

Location s good which s near the airport

There was no food, no tea, no coffee. Bathroom / washroom though cleaned but the arrangements of shower n seat are just horrible. I stayed in room No.108. It’s not a perfect rectangle or square rather there s bending wall. The stairs to higher floors are narrow. Lift is tired. We went out to have lunch n dinner. The hotel doesn’t have adequate staff or running short of staff. Didn’t like at all
