The beds were dirty, room as pretty dark (not enough lighting in 205)Water was not coming in bathroom sink. I complained, but nobody came to check also.Will never every go back there. This made me doubt the Treebo chain itself.They even charged Rs.500 extra for one of my kids, inspite of me explaining that I have entered my kids ages correctly while booking. The rate shown in booking.com was including my two kids of age 8 and 11. But the hotel staff, the same PAN guy was too adamant and I couldn't bare argueing with him so agreed to pay extra Rs.500.

Visited on a hospital treatment, had a pleasant stay and it was very close to hospital as well.Front Desk was very helpful.Wish them to carry on the same warm guesture in future also.

Rooms are not maintained well, too dusty, beds not comfortable, no room service, stayed for 1 noght it was pathetic.Not a good hotel

The property is very old, we have to request for each and everything. Ironing board is shared by so many. Facilities are not up to the mark.

No room service. Intercom not worked. Parking is a headache.

Booking.Com App showing Reservation confirmed, Property manager saying it's cancelled. Coordination missing. Fully disappointed because of their behaviour. we went along with family last minute they said not booked.
Courteous staff, food
Bed linen was not changed even after information to the reception desk. Bathroom cleanliness was average. Coffee kettle was not in the room though the material like sugar, coffee, cream were kept.

Breakfast was good. Difficult to get Taxi and Auto in that particular locatity especially during peak hours.
AC was not working properly and after repeated complaints gave another room. Instead of one double bed they gave a two single beds.
