The property was clean, well maintained, and overall provided a very good experience.

What I liked most about the property was the staff. The front desk and welcome staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly.

Nothing as everything in the hotel is just made for the purpose of squeezing on monetary basis and nothing else!

The entire hotel is just focused only on charging. Even the smile on the hotel staff felt fake and by the end of the stay felt like even those greetings/smile was chargeable. They had to even take back two hangers for which i did the laundry from the hotel and paid huge amount..!! The food bill was like too much priced..one fried rice and chilly chicken did cost 2K ++ still wondering the basis of pricing! Apart after checking out in about 10-15 minutes realized that i left a ring in the washroom and immediately called the customer service and informed and the same time i made a reroute back to hotel as i was so sure and as expected just at the hotel entrance i got a call back telling that the ring is not there. But i went to the room back again and as expected the ring was in the same place as i left it(Uploaded the pic along with) and that call back made was for sure even without having a look in the room..!For sure the worst experience compared to all hilton hotels and that was the last stay in Hilton Banglore and would never consider or recommend this property!!

The hotel overall was clean and modern. The staff were friendly, helpful and never rude. The breakfast has variety. The room was clean, large and well maintained.

Checking in was painful. A larger than expected monetary amount was demanded on arrival. I'm accustomed to deposits for breakages or mini-bar bills, but my room didn't have a mini-bar or anything of substantial value. I had to double-check everything that was included in my package, as most of it was missing, e.g. lounge access. It took time and effort to get the service you paid for, which I didn't like. The airport transfers were the most expensive I've ever paid for in Bengaluru. During my stay, I used around 25 taxis, and the cost of those taxis combined was less than 10% of 1 airport transfer. When checking out, I had to review the itemized bill because something didn't look right; again, there were items I hadn't ordered or approved. I don't particularly appreciate having to check everything; it ruins the service for me. Although breakfast has variety, the quality could be better and the staff more attentive. I did have some nice dishes, but I couldn't tell you what they were as breakfast items aren't labelled most of the time. My room was said to have a garden/pool view, but it had neither. My room had an air conditioning unit that sounded like a small motorbike was inside the wall and made everything smell musty and damp.

The breakfast setup was awesome. The room was quite spacious but the bed should be a king size. It was queen size and the view was not good from our window.

Money was stolen from our room, climate in the room doesn‘t go lower than 24.5 degrees. Service is bad and food also. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Spacious and clean rooms. The apartment style rooms are very useful as I was travelling with a baby - have several amenities like a separate WC and microwave/ kitchen.

Very far from the airport after an international flight overnight. Staff not courteous or polite at all - no one wishes you while, no smiles. also extremely poor breakfast - possibly the worst breads I’ve eaten in a long time and horrendous coffee.

very clean and courteous staff. Room size is quite good. amenities provided are good. Their reception manager Shubh was kind and looked personally into our stay. even organised a complimentary pizza for my girl.

the property is a 10 min walk to KGA after the hotel golf cart drops you to the main embassy link gate. so it does take time to reach.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool. Tasty food. The dosa, chutney was very good. Most dishes for dinner and breakfast were very good. Kids play area was an unexpected bonus.

The room did not have sufficient place to hang wet clothes or wet towels.

The property seemed a little old. The carpets, bathroom fixtures and other things in the room seemed worn out .

The lighting in the room is very poor.. it only has lamps . No ceiling lights . The sofa cum bed is the worst. Very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.
