The breakfast was exceptionally good and the staff went above and beyond. The front desk too made sure to ask how things were going.Response time to requests was quick.

Staff at reception like narayan sanoop sapna etc. all of them lacks professionalism for a global chain. May bd good for locals

The breakfast was very good. The room given to us, near the poolside was superb as well. The staff is very polite, as one expects from these high value hotels. The rooms were well designed.

There were a lot flies/fruit flies in my room.The location is far.My bathroom door was jammed, early in the morning. That was hectic and very troublesome, tbh.

The room was good with the amenities like kitchenette, washing machine. The bathroom and shower area could do with some renovation - some of the shower fittings were a bit stuck. Breakfast was good with a decent spread with made to order dosas and eggsI also liked that the mall is virtually connected or next door - makes it very convenient to get anything we want

The commute to the city and places of work was painful - not your fault, nothing can be done about it. There were also issues getting good mobile signals. would be helpful if you were able to arrange for more economical taxis - it was difficult to get taxis esp during peak morning hours.One thing which I feel you can easily provide is a yoga mat on demand in the room. When you provide everything else, this is a simple thing to provide in the room - I did try to goto the gym one day but it smelt very stuffy and sweaty there. So, I would rather prefer to work out with a mat provided in my room.

There was some repair ongoing which disturbed throughout the day , there was late night disturbance from drunk customers. There's no parking assistance.its very basic in everything.. below average.Breakfast buffet was pathetic .Their danish pastries were like rock .Not good overall

It’s a very cozy not too big hotel and it felt like home

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but it’s quite far from places like Indiranagar or Koramangala for example and that makes it quite time consuming to reach if one is looking to hangout. Apart from that this hotel is nothing less than excellent

Staff is slow. Breakfast is poorly managed. You have to keep on asking for water, spoons napkins etc. be ready to wait for 20 min to get a simple brewed coffee

-Very good amenities and spacious comfortable rooms. Extra amenities in the service apartments (washing machine, microwave etc.)-decent breakfast buffett with good food-play area for kids with a nice swimming pool

-Absolutely horrible tap at sink with water coming out in sharp jets and water getting splashed all over. Never seen such a setup, can't believe that they couldn't get even the water flow in the tap right. The shower setup is also not convenient to use.-Hardly any space for luggage in the room, all the closets have shelves so there is nearly no space to lay out the luggage and no luggage rack is given as is provided for in most hotels.-No physical soap was given, they said they only have liquid shower gel-Took 4 phone calls and nearly a 3 hr wait to get extra towels. Most of the time no one answers the front desk area-Phone in room doesn't' connect properly to housekeeping and front desk. Need to make multiple attempts.-Children's play area had broken equipment (foosball table), and worn out materials.-No complimentary mineral water provided in the room (the 1st 5 star hotel I've seen in India not providing basic mineral water). They have a 20 litre or so water jar (probably filtered water) but no complimentary mineral water bottles.

Lounge on 9th floor with greenery around the hotel.

No hot water in wash basin during winter. Hot water in bath comes after long time.Limited variety & poor quality of fruits during breakfast.Window on 10th floor opens in front of restaurant on 9th floor.

I have been to Oakwood 2 times. Once in December to stay and once in January. Both the times, the stay was excellent. The rooms were really big, comfortable, and easily accessible to Nexus Whitefield. It is also value for money; not expensive. Worth it. The staff are very polite and courteous.
