Just arriving in Bangalore. We spent 1 week before getting our home. Perfect stay !! Gym, swimming pool and tennis courts are just amazing

Location and view , infrastructure

Some staff especially the reception lady in the morning of check in. Very impolite and honestly her hospitality was so bad.

Restaurant seating near pool area can improve cleanliness.

The place is a serene alcove and looks good at first glance

All the facilities belong to the surrounding community, so you don't infact have exclusive access to anything. The main pool is cold and dirty, and not condusive for swimming; they don't serve food and drinks around the pool as indicated. The badminton courts are never available in the evenings or on weekends. The food was average.

Good green and fresh feeling of the nature

Inspite of booking one month in advance we were not provided interconnected rooms for the family. Which was a bit disappointing

one of the best getaways inside bangalore. we enjoyed as family very well. you must visit with your family or for business meet here. dont miss it. lot of games, court to experience with family

Everything was excellent. This was my 2nd stay here. Not only was the resort excellent but the staff were friendly and engaging especially the reception staff. They enjoy a chat and a laugh.

Everything was excellent

We stayed here over 10 years ago and loved it back then. It’s still a beautiful resort, but is starting to show its age a bit. Great breakfast, with lots of food options.

Internet was terrible, TV channels kept rebooting every couple of minutes (front desk blamed “internet issues across the Palm Meadows community”) and the lady at the front desk wasn’t somewhat cold and dismissive when we asked if we could request late checkout by a couple of hours. The rest of the front desk staff was fine.

Really good breakfast selection . Very fresh. It’s a bit out of town and the traffic is terrible trying to get into town but it’s an oasis of calm that suited us. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Nothing to like, feal terribly cheated.. I would have rated higher of it wasn't as expensive. This is Just a residential communities club house. It is not a resort. You may like it if you have never been to a resort and don't live in a gated community.

Wanted to go for a much needed family vacation, but ended up in some residential communities club house. It was very awkward and weird- knowing there were people you know who live there.. imagine going to your colleagues apartment for a vacation! And paying heavy amount that. It NOT a resort. I think they should be honest about it, so that money of people like us does not get wasted.. it's NOT worth the amount they are charging. It's really small, my apartment has better facilities. It's not the wonderful resort experience most of us are looking for. Why are they charging so heavily. There is nothing above avarage there.

The property is pretty big with plenty of amenities like swimming pools including a heated one, a well equipped gym, spa, bar and restaurants. Rooms quite spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Beds very comfortable and we got a sound sleep. No noise in the room. Staff always courteous and attentive.

Some unwanted stuff like used plates, extra beds etc., were found left outside the rooms without clearance. The mini bar was empty and fridge did not have with any beverage. For a luxury resort like this, one would expect well stocked minibar and fridge. But these are minor irritants that could be improved.
