Great hotel from the moment I entered the lobby. Everything was fast and smooth. Breakfast is great and any other meal. Comfortable bed and room. Instant hot water in India!

Not very happy with the stay

I had booked a room for a foreign guest, but unfortunately, his experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues he encountered during his stay:Internet Connectivity: The internet connection was extremely slow, causing significant frustration.Staff Attitude: The staff did not display a friendly demeanor. When he inquired about the charges for the food ordered, the response from room service was quite rude.Room View: I had specifically booked a room with a city view, but instead, my guest was faced with a view of the staff dining area.Food Quality: While the food was generally acceptable, there was one instance where he ordered a burger that was stale and had to be discarded after just one bite.Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I had expected better service from a hotel that is one of the best-rated in the world. My guest's first visit to India was marred by these issues, leaving him with an uncomfortable stay that did not meet our expectations.

Clean room. Good facilities.

Can expect more for the price range like a bathtub, bigger swimming pool and inclusive of breakfast in the price instead of charging extra for it.

The location was convenient, and the wireless charging station inside room was a useful amenity.

The swimming pool area needs renovation and cleaning, apart from that everything was fine.

Mr. Mohan Leader ship is GreatI had a wonderful stay at Marriot Rajajinagar ! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the [delicious breakfast, peaceful ambiance, location convenience, welcome greeting card etc.]. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Looking forward to coming back!

All were fine

The mall was a 5 minute walk away, the staff were very helpful and the room service was 24 hours. Food was great and served promptly.

The bed could be firmer.

Overpriced for the amenities and always overcrowded. Always late to get the room

Front desk did not have a charger. They sent me to a room which was not checked in. Thank God that there were no guests in it. It just cannot happen.

Check out needs more than one staff member during morning office hours. The lone staff was courteous & did try his best to minimise the waiting.

Room stink, phone stinks, bathroom stinks very bad, very very dirty in all. Bedsheets and quilts and fully stained.

Location and access to airport and other key locations in Bangalore Recently I got stuck in Qatar and I requested for a reschedule if the reservation. It was promptly agreed but I was insisted to pay at the checkout due to communication gap. On explanation, it was considered and I was not charged.

The Dosas could be better in the restaurant.. it does not reflect the basic Bangalore dosa taste

Disappointing

We paid for 10 days for stay. We had to vacate 1 day early & also in between we checked out for 1 day. But the property was not ready for refund. We had to pay for the days we did not stay also.

The front office staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests. We had insulin, which required refrigeration, and they happily complied. We were also given the option to keep our luggage in the lobby, which helped us finish up our shopping.The bed is so comfortable and one of the best beds to sleep in. The room temperature was also adequately cool. We only stayed for a day and had the best sleep. The long mirror in front of the entrance of the room is really good In the complimentary breakfast, we only enjoyed the omlete and filter coffee

We didn't like the amenities available for use in the washroom. Though it's meant to imply eco friendly and reusable products, such as the in built 2 in 1 shampoo and body lotion, we didn't get the hotel feel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The foods lacked flavour, I gave suggestion regarding the same on the day we had our breakfast. The switch of the lights to the hallway mirror is far from reach and nearer to the beds. As a personal suggestion, it would be great if a switch was available near the mirror for feasibility

Property needs a major renovation in few bedrooms. Furniture & the interiors are very outdated.

Staff is nice but the hotel needs a refresh! Also, the food is not great at all. Property needs major improvements & repairs

The executive names Mr. Anirban Roy.He has helped us with everything in the stay, even regarding the changing room and service.If the staff fails to get the stuff he himself took initiative and got the stuff. He was the best there

Less staffs

The food was excellent, the staff was super polite and it was clean.

On the 6th floor the rooms spelled of moisture (probably because of the pool on the 7th floor).

very bad experience

The Bathroom was stinking of drainage. The Bathroom Towels were in pathetic condition. i got a feeling that i am staying in some roadside room after paying such a big amount

Bed was uncomfortable. AC was not giving desired temp. Travel desk did not provide a car after taking booking.
