The team made our stay really enjoyable!At the front desk with Vachana, but also her colleagues.At the restaurant: Moumita, Soumya, Vijay, Roshan, chef Devi, Sans for the dinner team But also a big thank you to the breakfast team. They all were very efficient and helpful and always with a great smile. The little shop has really nice gifts And of course very nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. The area is quiet and safe, it's easy to visit different areas taking a rickshaw or driver.

The staff made our stay wonderful From arriving by car in front of the hotel to leaving. All questions fixed, very polite, always wanting to help out. Always giving special attention.The food was excellent, good choice at the buffet for breakfast and dinner.All very fresh and tasty.I would love to come back.Great rooms, some with a fantastic view of trees. (3 stays on different days in December, so 3 different rooms)

We stayed five nights in total, for 3 people, at different dates.The 2 first nights the room was a bit smaller than expected but still very nice and fantastic view. We had 3 very big suitcases so we had to find ways to be able to organize the extra bed + space with opened suitcases ;-)The spa would need to be redecorated, it looks a bit old/cold. Sometimes there is a delay before the treatments start.At breakfast we had to ask several times for our hot drinks. We were seated outside.None of the above were a big deal It's just to be mentioned if it can help

I had a truly wonderful experience at Grand Mercure! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Avneet and Gerald for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. Their thoughtful gesture of offering a complimentary late check-out made my stay even more special and stress-free.

Room was very comfortable and special thanks to Farhen and Aveneet who has given tarts and chocolates when we were departing.

The rooms are renovated very nicely, the bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing, special thanks to the front office staff and to the restaurant staff Xavier and special thanks to Chef Vilas that made our stay more joyful and comfortable.

The bar area on the pool side was under renovation, for sure in my next stay we will enjoy it more the poolSide area that was missing this stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for a short 4-day trip to visit family. We got an apartment that also came with breakfast. The hotel is nestled in Koramangala amongst residential houses but tucked away from the main road so it provides privacy.The first thing that strikes you when you check in is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They are very courteous, respectful, and always there to help you with your needs in a proactive manner.The room was very comfortable and clean. It comes with a living room and balcony, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom. It is spacious and very well equipped with necessary amenities. The room is stocked with clean water in sealed bottles which is topped up everyday.Breakfast comprises a spread of local and international dishes. The local fare is something I would strongly recommend as the variety is nothing short of amazing, and very tasty. The staff at the Verandah (cafe where breakfast is served) are eager to serve and they will also recommend dishes that may not be on the buffet menu but can be ordered for the chef to dish out.The hotel also has a spa that has a range of services ranging from Swedish massage to the traditional Indian massages. Again something I would strongly recommend.

Nothing in particular as the location suited our plans to visit family, some of whom were within walking distance and some quite easily accessible using Uber. There are some restaurants within waliking distance but others again accessible via Uber.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Great gym!

The rooms are a bit old fashioned

The food is delicious. The buffet is highly recommended. Both breakfast and dinner were really enjoyable. The variety is unbelievable.

Staff mean well but they could be better trained. The systems just don't seem to be in place. It's hard to reach room service or housekeeping on the phone. At the restaurant, they harrass you for your room number every two minutes. Housekeeping isn't thorough. Some of the fresh plates at the buffet were dirty and hadn't been washed thoroughly or checked. The wine selection is sad.

Overly priced, ancient rooms. Its not renovated its so old and boring.

Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of choice of Indian and Western dishes, plenty of fresh fruit. Meals were also good. A bonus that the rooms are studio apartments, very spacious with dining table, kitchenette, large lounge area and big bedroom. Minimal utensils, pans and crockery in kitchenette but more could be requested from Reception. Generous supply of safe water in the room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A quiet environment in a side road - we had views of trees from our balcony. Beds very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The pool, one of the main reasons we had chosen this hotel (apart from its location near friends), was closed for renovation. This was not communicated to us until we were shown to our room by a relatively inexperienced receptionist with less command of English (and only when we asked about opening times). It was only at the end of our stay that the checkout receptionist told us that they had arranged for guests to use a pool at another hotel.The dining room echoes a lot so is very noisy, made worse by the muzak being played at rather more than background level.

Breakfast was great, staff was very attentive and rooms were good.

The gym is well equipped.

The check in took some time and had to remind the staff on front desk, specially a girl. A guy finally helped us out and was very cordial. The manager too came and apologised. The room looked over priced.

Nice property with a very large apartment-type room. Good furniture and location.

Staff were rather grumpy during our stay. This is the only place that has insisted on the id for my toddler. This is also the only place that has charged the full amount for my 4 year old for breakfast buffet. No other Accor or Marriott or Taj or ITC or even small town hotels have charged the full amount for a small child. I did pay, but months after, this is what I remember about this place - which cannot be a good thing?There was also the thing where they realized they had charged us more than what was required and at check out tried to get us to spend it rather than refund it. They did refund, but this was annoying as well.We'd been wanting to stay here for a while, so this was mildly disappointing.

Stay was comfortable and the location is also very good. Staff werr all good, fruendly and helpful.

Food was the only issue we'd. We had complementary breakfast but it wasn't of a good quality or taste.

The location is great, the food is yummy and the service is world class. This has always been a go to hotel for me since last year.

Very disappointed with the hotel and staff

They never provided the baby cot, even after asking so many times. The AC didn’t work for the entire night. Power kept fluctuating the entire night. There is no proper generator system in this property.
