- I was double charged for the room. I booked through booking.com and they refunded the amount, but it took me a month to get sorted and apparently Rialto was not responding to their messages. Also, the hotel is in a prime location with lot of traffic and a bus stand next to it

- The hotel is not able to accept foreign credit cards, so be prepared with sufficient Rs or pay in advance. The bed is soft and sinking which makes a little backache. The water heater temperature is not consistent, sometimes cold sometimes hot.

Good Location, extremely good and friendly staff.
The WIFI is extremely choppy and was cutting out. The rest of the stay was excellent.
As per the booking dot com reservation room rent was including tax but the property people does not agree that and forced to pay or go to another hotel.very rude behaviour from them.
While check in room was too wet and not cleaned the wash rooms really a bad situation to stay there. If go for family trip kindly avoid this property.
location and decor were good
The room was old and the bathroom fittings and fixtures were archaic. There is no walk in shower but just bathtub. No hand showers. The curtain rod was rusted. There was no box of tissues. We had to remind them to give hand towels face towels and a bathroom mat.

The Info given on the booking.com regarding Airport shuttle is provided by this Hotel. I had requested for the shuttle from airport to Hotel on message thru your site, but there was no response to it. Upon enquiring the same with Hotel on arrival, they said they dont have any airport shuttle facility. The TV channels provided thru DTH were only free channels.I could not get channels of my choice like Z Tv
