Great location. No frills restaurant on premises. Pleasant and helpful staff. Functional room.

Cleanliness. New Hotel so obviously better look. Furniture is new so gives that elegant look. Hotel gives Homely Feeling.

Floor nos. and room nos. are mismatching. Lol. Size of bathroom, size of restaurant can be bigger

Suites are roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety to suit all tastes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is awesome for any shopping buffs as it is in the vicinity of Jayanagar's 4th block which is a short walk away.

Ongoing construction adjacent to the property and the accompanying sounds. The approach road due to the construction was littered with construction material. Hopefully once construction is completed the area can be tidied up.

Just love the location of this hotel close to all amenities if you know South Bangalore.

I know for the fact that they had construction going on next door as they are expanding only I wish they stop working after 7 pm IST

Comfortable room in a very convenient location. Outstanding and very professional staff, especially Vinod, Deekshith and Ashok who made a special effort to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Every thing was good

Clean and nicely decorated room with lots of space. Very nice shower. Hotel is on a quiet leafy side street that felt safe for a solo traveller. Good gym facilities. Friendly staff who were happy to help with any queries.

Breakfast was good but not great. The fridge in my room didn't work. Yoga/exercise mats in the gym could do with an upgrade as they were a bit frayed.

Breakfast was very good and the Chef Mr. Vinod was very friendly and customer support. Food was delicious and we enjoyed his hospitality and taste

The hotel itself is very good, clean and comfortable. The staff is super kind. I tried the gym. It's good enough for a quick workout.

The hotel seems to be building an extension of its premises. I received a message a few days earlier informing me, which was good. The work was supposed to start at 9 am and it sounded OK. Indeed it started at 9 am the two days I stayed. However, on Friday the construction went on until midnight. I was quite surprised...

Excellent location, close to metro station. All services working well. Wonderful breakfast. Staff very friendly and professional. Front Office - Libid - Dileep, Restaurant - Vinod (Chef) - Islam - Ashok, Housekeeper - BibekWiFi signal ok. I had a veri nice stay. Absolutely recommended.

Location is very Good. Connectivity of Metro is also there. So locationwise, it is excellent.The Breakfast was good in taste but it was too costly compared to the similar dishes available in the nearby area.

The Mattresses as well as pillows were too fluppy. It could not give required comfort while sleeping. Although, the room was clean, there was some smell especially while sitting on Sofa set. Except this, there is no other thing which we did not like.

Food could have been a lot better. The A/c remotes were not working. Staff did not have batteries to change. Could not sleep well because of that. They have untrained staff who are nice human beings but unable to help in these situations because they are not properly trained.

The staff are the stars; very helpful and responsive. Room was big and housekeeping was good.

Beds were not supportive. Bathroom window needs a mesh to keep out insects. Customer service is responsive during the booking process and during changes. I've not heard from them about my feedback (similar comments) from 6 months ago

A hotel which makes you feel like home-- even when you are away from home.Tucked away in the green, shady,quiet heart of the city. An ever attentive and efficient staff -- from front desk to room service makes your stay - a memorable experience - you will cherish. The head chef-- Vinod -- whips up wonderful dishes-- which have a homely taste and the breakfast buffet spread is very sumptuous. The rooms are big tastefully decorated with small kitchenettes.Located in the heart of the city at the Jayanagar area about an hour drive from airport-- you have NIMHANS, the shopping arcades, botanical garden,even a microbrewery at a stone throw distance. Overall a memorable and cherishable stay.

The staff was friendly but sometimes prying as well. That's the only issue I had during my 2 times stay at the hotel. I will not make a third visit because I do not like anyone asking any personal questions under the guise of being friendly or caring and concerned.

Unsatisfactory!

It was my second stay and I was extremely satisfied the first time hence went back. The experience this time was very unfortunate, from the start till end. When asked for early checkin at a better rate, the reservation agent quoted for a suite, though base room was available online, so I ended up book an additional night, though she did apologize and said the rate was given by her manager, but I found it in bad faith the way the whole thing was handled. Then on checkin room was dirty, so they moved us to another one. Then we had to move back again in the afternoon to another room as they couldn’t give us the same room as it was higher category. Had asked to buy hand soap which they did last time and this time, no one gave ounce of their time. Asked for manager to meet at checkout, he/ she didn’t show up. Never going back.

Breakfast and staff was good

Their payment system didn’t work and they made me spend 30 min on it. Eventually i had to leave as i had to go for work. Later they called me and emailed me to make the payments and the links they sent didn’t work properly. This is owner’s fault but he charged his staff for the loss. Absolutely ridiculous.
