RG Royal Hotel & Convention Centre

The service is really poor. The receptionalist was rude. I needed an invoice, and I had to call from Germany several times and send many emails to get an invoice. The room is nice. But it's not worth the money.

Breakfast was included in my package but they refused and I had to pay extra for breakfast. I need refund.

Overall it's a good stay. Maintained with cleanliness and food is delicious. The room is so comfortable. But price is bit expensive can look into the price once for the customers who visit often.

Passable

I booked with breakfast price, but when check out, they asked for breakfast charge, and say its additional. Price not much, but feeling bad.Shower water temperature not consistent.

Room service was good

Some staff were unhelpful Towels were old and grey in colour not the quality you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing

They tried to persuade me to pay additional commissions over final booking price. Showing some kind of booking paper and explaining that sum in booking not always reflects. I have said that ok it is my first time of such request. I agreed to pay but warned that I report to booking re this. And suddenly commission disappeared from bill. It was unpleasant experience.

Infra and facilities are good and good environment and feel superb even food very nicely provided

daily usage things not received right time. TV connection disconnected which was not good way and service getting delay sometimes. Only corporate level treat or facilities available but non corporate people needed same service like families when visited

Value for money, new rooms

Location is a bit away from the main tourist spots but it was ok for us since our work involved places close to this hotel

1. Biscuits/edibles (chargeable if used )could have been provided with the tea-bags and coffee sachets. My parents felt that their morning and evening tea-drinking experience was incomplete.2. The minibar fridge was empty in both rooms. If there were some soft drinks (chargeable if used) then it would have been great

Good restaurant. very cooperative front office staff, who gave a hassle free check out.

It was really loud one evening from the neighbor room and we had to repeatedly call reception to calm them down. Only after going personally the noise went down. The room was not cleaned one day even we wanted it. The cleanliness could be better.
