The choice was limited and it was South Indian. If facility to order for eggs to your liking, it would have been better.

If a shower curtain could have been provided in the bathroom, it would keep the bathroom dry.

The room size was great . Breakfast was basically Indian vegetarian plus boild eggs.Free bottles water was welcomed. Free parking under ground was much appreciated.

There was no face towel, only one bath towel.　Also no toilet paper provided though after requesting, I got it.The design mistake of bathroom, The shower area was in the middle, so once you have a shower, whole bathroom floor got wet and slipperly which is pretty dangerous. You should provide rubber mat for the shower and stool would be great ,too.The restaurant was not open for lunch but there are so many nice restaurants around the hotel, so no problem.

Perfect stay. New hotel, modern rooms, great service and free breakfast. Easy access to main points in town. And very reasonably priced. Amazing cost benefit

Friendly and helpful staff, central location in the city center, within walking distance of several stores and restaurants, and good value for money. Clean.

Staff is cooperative and humble. Very good service . Breakfast is also very good . No space.to.complain about .

The only location of the hotel is on the inner side of Gandhi nagar which is not changeable. No other issue at all .

Everything about the room was good. Except surrounding which was quite noisy with construction work, which is not a big deal. Another disappointment was the hotel reception asked me to pay in cash although Debit card was acceptable according to the booking condition when I booked this room. I had just travelled from Mysore and had no cash at hand. So I told them that I could only withdraw cash the following day, which they kindly accepted.

Break fast was okay. Room service was pretty slow

Room is only worth probably 2000. Not at all like what you see in the photos.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was fineStaff tried to be as helpful as they could.

The sheets on one of the beds were a little stained..not dirty, but marked.The catering facilities were not good.Breakfast was served at cafe next door and for our tastes the food was not good.

The experience was bad. The staff were very unhelpful. Especially the manager has a very bad attitude. Staff are not congruent in English.

Amazing staff let us check in at 6am very helpful and friendly.

The ambience the way they helped us the front office and the comfort the young boys from Tripura helped us with.Food was OK not exceptional .Bread needs to be toasted and more north Indian options or continental food options should be there .payasam was awful tomato rice or others rice was not edible too spicy and they need to provide hot food and care about the customers providing water napkins or help with food for seniors .on the whole we loved staying there but not very many good eateries nearby we needed to take autos which were looting us .use uber or other apps to book autos they charge you less than half of what they charge as they pass by. Towels were very rough hard even though the hotel is just 2 months old .good lift good ac comfortable beds good tea coffee replacement and clean toilets made our stay comfortable. Thank you for everything ❤️

Towels too hard .less toiletries no refills till u asked .The supervisor seems very busy but forgets to do what he says like providing bedsheets or water bottle replacement.

Room was very spacious for one person and clean. Staffs are available all the time and easy to communicate with them.
