Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield

Breakfast was good. Fresh ingredients. Food taste was average. Dinner was decent. Chicken curry was good. Good cocktail by the bartender.

Laccha Paratha was not fully cooked during dinner.Breakfast spread was not value for money. Noise in the night at midnight of some hammering and minor repair work from upstairs or nearby room.Ground floor was a bit noisy with staff movement. Not sure why.

I had a great stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Whitefield, Bangalore. The location is excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

No complaints, everything met my expectations.

Breakfast

Extremely old facilities, the rooms and bathrooms need renovating. The mattress is worn and uncomfortable, with springs that can be felt.

Centrally located near a metro station. The breakfast had a good variety of Indian and western food.

Outdated facilities, strong damp smell in the room, AC pretty loud.

Staff was good

The quality of the food was bad. The rate is expensive and you believe that if they are taking so much money atleast the taste should be good but it was bad. Tea was for 350 and not even properly made

The staff at the front desk, restuarant and house keeping were courteous and professional.

The size of the room.

1. Bathroom set up is not good. Shower in the bath tub is not good.2. Food is not tasty.

Overall staff are good.

Lounge is complementary in my booking but when visited there,they were not serving all brands of alcohol and brands served by they was very cheap.so I didn't visited there after that was highly disappointing.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Was surprised to see the buffet for dinner arranged in the last minute because the hotel staff mentioned that there would be no buffet for dinner.

1.Dinner buffet was limited. Could have been better by serving pasta, pizza and a live counter for grill or a dosa counter.2.The ambience would be awesome if there was some music played in the background, especially for some special occasions like 31st December night. 3.There was some confusion from the hotel staff side regarding my booking as it was not updated in their system which caused delays in my room check-in.4. No valet parking available in the facility. It was difficult to carry the luggage from the parking basement to the ground floor as there was no lift.

The property looks like a oyo room for a 4 star hotel. I couldn’t believe it’s a Fairfield by Marriott hotel

We stayed @ Fairfield for 4 nights, from 21-25 June 2023. Though we were upset about the room size, the staff of Fairfield, form Manager to the cleaning staff and security made our stay very relaxing, happy and comfortable. Manger Mr. Akhil, Chef Mr. Subash, trainies like Mr. Nisam and others are just couple of names I could memorise. Other front office staff restaurant staff, cleaners and even security ensured our moments memorable. Room and washroom were very clean.bed was so comfortable. Chef and all restaurant staff were very keen to serve and very service minded with a beautiful smile. Food was more Indian , and specifically South Indian, but was very yummy. I wish now to get some crunchy vada, yummy sambar, varieties of yoghurt and chutnies...Mr Akhil arranged for our late checkout so we didn't need to roam around with luggage till our train time. The staff are the asset of Faifield, Bout whom Marriott can be proud of

Room size is small. No pool, bath towels not fresh ..front office staff has no lmuch idea about tourist places

Pleasant

I expected the property to have been much better given that it’s in a location where there is so much land but this had zero space to even take a little walk. No access to the terrace as well. Literally on the street. That was quite disappointing.

Bad

It’s bad I paid for breakfast and I was just delayed for 8 mins they not given me and didn’t informed me about 10:30 am timing at the time of check in other hotel informed prior

great staff, especially few ladies and Pawan. very friendly managers and everyone is there if you ask for help, which was very overwhelming, thanks

I would appreciate if there can be more focus on cleaning of the room. I think due to no ventilation, one can occasionally smell something.

It is conveniently located

I checked in fairly late, most lights were switched off in the lobby, I appreciate conserving electricity but the place looked dinghy.At about 1230 in the night, 15-20 minutes after I checked in the housekeeping staff came in to check on house keeping, why would anyone want to clean a freshly alloted room at that hour?

I think the towels at the room did not look very clean

there was no one to take or pickup the luggage bags from car both the times ( during check in and checkout )the bathroom was clogged ( washbasin as well as the bath tub)

the front desk people were least bothered about hospitality.

the property is located in Whitefield and has easy connectivity. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

staff very courteous and polite. service during breakfast was exceptionally good. I would recommend anyone to stay here due to the service.

The continental spread of the breakfast was not much. Focus was more on South Indian dishes.
