Super Townhouse Madiwala Lake Park

The staff was excellent

Nothing was maintained properly. Bed sheets/ spreads were unusable. We bought our own bedsheets to use

Cheap.

Untidy linens, pillows.. stained towels. No toiletries unless asked and followed up. Used plates with left over food in the balcony. Why do you want the id card of all members of a single family including kids. That’s crazy.. visitors not allowed even vetted by the guests.

This property uses fake positive reviews—likely by bots. I booked it based on images and location, but everything was misleading. There's nothing good to say about this place. Don't trust the reviews.

Starts from the receptionist to till the wash room, nothing is there goood, apart from that very hard factor is that they did REVIEW on behalf of me using some bot, i have already completed

Location is good

There were no amenities available. No towel, soap, There were lizards in the room and the bathroom was not clean

No room service. No service at all. Medimix soap for toiletries. No hangars in room. Rooms are clean but only to basic Indian standards. Sheets and pillow cases have spots, toilet bowl has deep seated yellow stains, No cable TV.. just a smart TV with free stuff to browse, room has no view with window opening indoors. Locations was terrible as road in front of hotel was mostly closed for construction. Multiple times power cut and they have no powerbackup.. no choice but to climb stairs 3 or 4 floors as lift doesn't work.

LOCATION ADVANTAGE

AC was leaking and no response even after informing

We were given an early check-in and welcomed with drinks upon arrival.
