nothing great, nothing bad

no towel, no paste, not that we cant buy, but I was hoping that the hotel will have it, I reached at 12:30AM; where will I go and get themAgain, phone lines dont work,

Room was large with a kitchenette. It was clean. Bed and towels clean. AC and WIFI very good. Had a desk for my laptop. Fantastic location to restaurants. Very peaceful area with large beautiful trees. Staff very helpful and kind. Great for solo women travellers and Westerners.

Stayed for 2 days,Good location,clean and comfortable studio room, TV not working,

Breakfast was awful. Cutlery was dirty n the staff couldnt make a simple sandwich.

Horrible staffs in terms of cleanliness and hygiene . Not able to deliver service with minimum requirement. Communication at the front desk is awful .And even worst their breakfast , not as good as they mention in the hotel websites or varieties at the front desk. Never going back!

STAFFS ARE RUDE AND DONT HAVE ANY MANNERS , LITERALY THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERSEVEN THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN ENOUGHFRIDGE NOT WORKING2 LIGHTS WAS NOT WORKINGWASHROOM DOOR HANDLES WERE BROKENTOWELS WERE UNCLEANROOM WAS DUSTYEVEN I ASKED FOR EARLY CHECK IN AND THEY TOLD ME ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT WHEN I REACHED THERE ONLY 3 OR 4 ROOMS WERE BOOKED AND THE REST ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE BUT THEY DENIED MY REQUEST FOR EARLY CHECK IN

Hotel offers a comfortable stay with easy access to corporate offices like Flipkart at 550 mts, Slice at 1.1 kms, Wipro Park at 1.6 kms and PayPal India Private Limited at 10 kms. The nearby tourist attractions are Lalbagh Botanical Garden at 5.5 kms and Bengaluru Palace at 11.3 kms.

Nothing Liked Location only seems good Rest all very pathetic...Loss Money and Time waste ..

Very Bad Service..Room Lock is not good..later we complaint and attened after 2 hours and we shouted then they shifted to another room...In room hot water not coming..that was not solved ..Hot water Kettle was not working... Most pathetic. Is resturent area .fully Unhygienic and dirty tables with not cleaning ..second day we buy food from outside...Treebo was good before..now we need to change our Opinion...Staffs acting like goons....We all are very disappointed...

Quite statisfied with the services I had explore many properties in koramangla but not in this price range and there breakfast was on time and tasty.

Only one towel, only one dental kit is given even though booked for two people, after special request they provided towel but not dental kit, curtains are not clean, bed sheet cloth has big strain, breakfast is a joke they brought it from local shop for mostly 30/-and served, parking spot is very dirty, but all these are deal breaker? No you can have a quite average stay, you can get over it, nothing is not a big dealbreaker, I just want to inform that it’s not so good as mentioned in the listing.

Hotel is near to forum mall , rooms were refreshing and up to the mark , staff members are very well trained professionaly but food quality can be improved

Breakfast was top notch and location is the best.
