Hotel The Blackstone

Very very nice and hardworking staff. At your beck and call and genuinely take care of you like a guest at home. Very modern and clean bathrooms, spacious rooms(ours was a suite). High tech systems all around. I will continue visiting. My first choice hotel in Bengaluru!!

I recently stayed at black stone and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and housekeeping. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, courteous, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.

Very polite staff. Excellent location. Generous breakfast spread. Comfortable bed with clean linen and fresh toiletries.

The bathroom was very slippery. Could be a risk for older guests . Noisy repairs carried out but tolerable

Best service from reception team, very good service from room service and cleaning!

The bed too soft

A hidden gem in Koramangala commercial zone... It is a family-friendly and safe establishment. Complimentary breakfast is served to the guests in the hotel. Many good restaurants are available for lunch and dinner within walking distance of the property. Mr. Rafi, the hotel manager very helpful gentleman and he made sure our stay was comfortable and peaceful

No parking is available. You need to use the public parking (free) on the road. The hotel can adopt sustainability by replacing plastic bottles with drinking water dispensers and glass bottles.

We did not go for breakfast

Location - too crowded area, loud.I was woken up early morning by someone ( maybe staff or uber person) - they came to the wrong room. We were requored to pay extra for adjacent rooms despite requesting it during booking. They explained that they got only executive available so we paid extra.

The location was perfect to get the feel of Bengaluru. The food was good but not too great.

The food could have been better. The cleanliness was not up to the mark.The service takes time , but all said It gives more for the money you are spending.

Easily accessible location moreover staff behaved very nicely.Especially the manager was really friendly and helpful.

Nice location for party people. Clean, good breakfast.

Rooms are big, clean and neat, but no outside views. Very co-operative staff.

Locality is full of pubs and bars. Not sutaible for stay with family.

Hotel Blackstone is by far the best hotel with the best price in Bengaluru. Being in the heart of Koramangala, i love the services and the accessibility to things in town. Late night partying is no longer a problem with the hotel at such a short distance.

Friendly staff and situated at good location.. everything is available around the location itself..Facilities are awesome.. breakfast is available in the hotel itself..

The location is perfect if one wants to be in the centre of kormangala. The staff is so polite and cooperative. And the room we stayed in was large and comfortable. The owner is also a very good person and helped us without and fuss by extending our stay by a couple of hours beyond the check out time.

Staff Service is good, awesome location to roam around at night. Room are maintained clean n neat.

The front staff behaviour was not good at all. They don't know how to treat a woman guest. The property is not suitable for woman.

Manager accepted my plan changed

Security box made noise midnight so couldn't sleep Reception boy was very rude n demanded good reputation to this

Very friendly staff , clean rooms with everyday cleaning including change of towels , highly comfortable beds , the morning breakfast was hot and tasty . Location advantage was also there .

Location of the hotel is good and the Room is clean. Most of the staff were cooperative.

The hotel denied to extend the check out time by two hours, they don't even tried to permit 24hours. More over the cooperation of reception was not good at times.

The location was central in Koramangala area. Primarily room was good. We didn't take breakfast from the hotel. Staff at the counter were very helpful. We requested for extended checkout time. Without any hitch they agreed. Overall excellent stay.
