Perfect location for guests when one hosts weddings on Hessarghatta Road, eg Samaya Venue & Leisure where our son's wedding was held. The hotel and surroundings are maintained in very good condition

The rooms were decent. The pool is nice - the best part was their breakfast
The property is very old now. It needs renovation. Very dilapidated. Shower curtains had mold on it. No facilities except for the pool. Table tennis you need to get your own ball or buy one. Everything had extra charges. WiFi is pretty bad too. Keeps getting disconnected. No way to connect an iPad as it’s only available if you have a phone number
The staff were very good and responsive!
The infrastructure was really dilapidated and bad. The WiFi didn’t work. The room was right across the garden where they had many functions and the noise went on late in the night.

Previously we had satyed there and the room were very comfortable and clean.This time the room was dirty and the bed sheet was very old and bumpy like mushrooms sticking out.
Not far from city, ample parking space, nice rooms, good sized swimming pool clean and blue, amazing breakfast.

The old version is very horrified rooms and no lift there. All old style furniture ...as the location is good and they should do Renovations.

Poor maintenance especially the bath / toilet. TV didn’t work.
Check in Check out was Quick! the breakfast menu was also good .
Cleanliness and conditions of the toilets are appalling , rooms are smelly and looks like the curtains have not being changed for a while
The facility is not maintained at all,They charge you premium and breakfast is not included.Very unhygienic Bathroom
The location of the hotel was superb. Swimming pool was well maintained
Sports facilities at the hotel were not in a good condition. Children play area requires attention. Bathroom tiles had dirt/ stain on them.
staff were cooperative, they try to address the needs on time, though the property itself did not support their ambition
Poor Hygiene condition in rooms and bath rooms particularly, and many times AC not cooling, some electric switches not functioning.
