Good Stay.. Nice Staff. Nice food. King Superior room was good

Price wise, you get what you pay! It looks a bit bigger from what it is but it serves its purpose.

Staff was not overall super friendly, except for one guy at the check in desk. Noise is a problem, but i would like to believe they are working on it.

We are stayed in a Family Suits Room. Neat & Clean hotel room, big size 400 sqft, toilet accessories are high quality and very clean.Breakfast restaurant is small & limited space. Food items are average and to be improved.Front officers are not upto the standard, they have to little more polite to the customers.

Our stay at Park Avenue, Bangalore during 26-28th September 2024 was a memorable one and excellent. We admire the cleanliness maintained in the washroom & bedrooms and overall arrangements kept intact. We also appreciate the courtesy of staff and their quick response.

Sounds of particular sect probably from the hotel itself or may be nearby place .. didn't let me sleep in morning hours .. disturbed my sleep as well as to some extent, my work in the later part of the day, for which I travelled ..

The breakfast isn’t catered to non-Indians and not much choice. I also think some of the stuff is bought I.e. the cake piecesThe room cleaning is poor, they didn't sweep the floors at all. Seems some of the cleaning staff same as restaurant staffing

The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean with premium-quality amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a budget-friendly yet high-quality stay.

Breakfast was the only part of my stay that was amazing!

In terms of providing services, the property wasn’t right. They keep empty boxes of dental kit, shower cap, etc and no cleanliness of bathroom floor where there’s hair all over. Housekeeping should also make it a point to regularly change bed sheets & towels even if the person has not checked out. The area is too noisy at night and one cannot sleep with such heavy traffic sounds if the room is too close to the main road side. The hotel should not keep fresh roses on the first day if they don’t intend to change the flower vase water and a new rose. Rest, if you need a quick break closeby to a mall, forum mall is at a walking distance. So are other small essential shops. The hotel doesn’t have a vegetarian menu or in-house restaurant that even provides hot coffee. Be prepared to spend outside on Swiggy and Zomato to have your dinner/lunch meals.

Comfortable stay in Bangalore. Great value for money. Fantastic breakfast/ mix of Indian and European cuisine/. Room with air conditioning, tea cattle, comfy bed with many pillows, telly, and bathroom of European standards. All clean! Very friendly and professional staff accompanying and needs! Not big, not busy yet great little hotel!

Location on the main road, could hear traffic noise inside the room.. acoustics could be better

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, well-maintained. The staff are courteous and responsive.

The breakfast buffet is bare minimum. Everything else is great about the place.

Location was ideal for my work. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cozy.

Restaurant doesn't have a good variety of dishes.In the room, the bed lamp switch was also connected to the main lights so I couldn't use it at night when my family was asleep.

Property is well maintained and every staff member is very cooperative. Location is also at best location to explore other places in Kormangla.One suggestion just to upgrade the menu list with more food items and beverages

The property is located at a prime location and exceptionally clean. The warmth of staffs, check-in and checkout process, breakfast buffet and room facilities are top notch. At this rate, the room is great deal.

Since it’s busy road, there are noise late night and early morning. The noise cancelling could be better. The first room which I got east side is only mirror and shaded. So as soon as the sun rises, the room is bright and light. The shades could have been better.

Hotel is very clean and nicely kept. staff was very good and prompt in service ,Rooms were comfortable and cosy location is in busy area with university around and corporate hub reception Lady Ms Pooja specially was very helpful and Duty Manager Mr Anshuman were great and helpful even when i had to cut down my trip short by day they helped a lot in handling my case with decent and professional manner Breakfast was very good when u start for the day combination of inidan and western avaiblity which i loved as iam foodie, The wifi is fast and good speed and after days work we can finish our reports on time and beowse and chat with family back home.The majour plus point of seprate smoking room on 5th floor which is boon for smokers as they dont have to run down every now and then Value for money

Good decent sized rooms. Has most of the things available in the roomHad an early check out. Staff packed us sandwiches. Very courteous of them.

No variety in breakfast. Place is too small and cramped. Live counter makes veg and non veg on same top. Even though we took breakfast option, we skipped it.Sound proofing is mentioned in their stay. Lots of sound coming from their room windows as well as from corridors in the hotel. Difficult to sleep.In the photos on the site, big windows are shown indicating there's some sort of view. In reality, there is a small window with a building next to it.

It's newly opened the property. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel.the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk.very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with servings and freshly made mini dosa.I would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.
