The manager is really kind and helpful. Room is clean, with super comfortable bed and quilt which gives me the most wonderfully sleep in my three months stay in India.There is a SBI ATM downstairs and lots of shops around for groceries or meals, which is very convenient.

People put their room-service leftovers on the hallway which attracts cockroaches.

They didn’t have things mentioned on the booking available. For example - there is no tea/coffee maker in the room, there is no kettle in the room, towels were not made available, I stayed 3 days but wasn’t cleaned a single day. Additionally for some weird reason my card/key kept getting locked everyday, this felt very disappointing.

The hotel staff is polite and cooperative, ensuring a comfortable stay.

However, the breakfast service needs significant improvement in terms of variety and quality. Additionally, the hotel's location is somewhat isolated, with limited food options nearby, which can be inconvenient for travelers looking for dining facilities outside the hotel.

The location wasn’t really great. My booking through booking.com got failed and hence had to book separately at the property. There was no breakfast option as such within the hotel, they were getting it from nearby restaurant

I guess the price is pretty low for the city, so you can save some money? The staff is also pretty friendly, although completely incapable of fixing any of the many issues I encountered while staying here.

First, this hotel doesn’t take credit card, even though it says online that they do. They first made an excuse that their machine was broken. The next day they got a new credit card machine, which also didn’t work. If you don’t want to accept credit card, that’s fine, but don’t lie about it online.Secondly, the rooms were in bad shape. The first room they gave me had a toilet seat that wasn’t even connected to the toilet. They sent me to a different room, where the toilet seat was only held on by one anchoring point. 2/3s of the electrical sockets wouldn’t let you insert a plug, almost as if there was a wall underneath. The room phone also didn’t work but unfortunately the ringtone did, which meant that when they called you about something you had to walk down to the front desk, because they’d keep calling you over and over again until you answered.In addition there was no AC remote to turn on the AC, which is inconvenient with all the humidity in monsoon season. But I figured I could just use a fan and open a window. Unfortunately, the windows have no screen and the adjoining building is covered with trash and on the ground there is a pit that looks like it is filled with sewage. And given that small liquid filled pit in the back, the bugs were a nightmare. I had to choose between being a bit hot and sweaty or being attacked by mosquitoes.There was also construction early in the morning and late into the night which was quite loud.The WiFi situation was not good. For some reason, the staff protects the WiFi password closely and inputs it directly in your device. And they only do it for the one router, which hardly reaches the rooms in the back. The internet kept cutting out because of this issue. I’m not sure why they can’t just post the password in the room like most establishments, but it was very frustrating.The door keycard stopped on two separate occasions working while I was there.

The hotel was new and therefore very clean.The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

After requests, it also has to do with the service.

Breakfast much option wasn't available n we had to leave early in d morning...so just had rice bath option with tea. Improve it n other facilities were good.

As the property is new ...some strong paint is there inside the room.Property is good ,quiet area n one can visit with their family.

recently had the pleasure of staying at No 7 Vista Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable.
