AK CASTLE SUITES

Two words.. Terrible experience

It is infested with pests, lots of roaches, Rats and terrible experience. Staff is supportive and they have changed the room but pest problems exist every other room. Charged almost 6k per day and has to deal with roaches and change room every day

Great location.Well maintained and courteous staff

The room is actually a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Quiet. The bed and comforter were superb. Towels and bottled water supplied as needed.

Breakfast was brought to the room, catered from a nearby restaurant. We preferred to go to the restaurant, rather than drop crumbs and invite bugs. It is the tropics.

I felt like at home. Room was very clean and big, with a small relaxing space included. Bed is very big and everything was very well prepared. 100% recommended. Maybe the best is the location, very central, almost all interesting places to visit can be reach by walk.

I liked everything. Only a small suggestion to the hotel, furniture was enough and good, everything what I needed was there, but maybe, for the future, my recommendation is to change little by little the wardrobe to a newer one, and maybe it would be interesting to include some cooking furniture in the kitchen.

I loved the place so much it was so hard to leave when I had to. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it felt just like home. It was so cosy. The rooms were kept clean through out with a constant supply of drinking water. The restaurant downstairs had the most tasty food ? and room service is also available. The only down side is that there is no cooker for self catering and very limited dishes. Kindly work on that as some of us miss our home country food while there and sometimes just wish to cook. I give them a solid 8 out of 10 ?

Location was good… restaurant was good for lunch and dinners

No lifts… breakfast was room service only and served in foil bags. Didn’t like that … would be better in the restaurant downstairs. Also no shower screen in the bathroom. Geezer didn’t work first night but was fixed in the morning.

I had an excellent stay at AK Castle Suites. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The facilities were in good condition, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Bangalore. Would definitely stay again!

There was nothing to dislike about my stay. Everything was well-managed and met my expectations.

Spacy Apartment. Very nice staff. Comfortable Beds.Good Location with a nice restaurant in front of the door.

Cleanliness was bad overall.Cockroach infested Bathroom.Old toothbrushes were inside the closet.Staff only cleaned once in eight days even when we ask them to do it every day.Very noisy all night (!) because of the restaurant downstairs.Smelly AC in one room.

Great location, big rooms, great staff

Although I preferred non smoking room hut people had been smoking everywhere. The management must take notice of this.

Location , Nearby attractions and connectivity. Staffs are friendly and professional

Bathrooms are not clean, Shower sprayer is really old and dirty.

Location room ambience

Elevator

Near the Airport.

Hotel stuff was rude. They investigated more than 10min. and took shot my cell phone privates without mention of reasons. I asked them the reasons why. They did not answer it.

Location. Perfect.

Staff wasn't warm, except for one person. Especially when we came for check-in, the two men at the reception weren't inviting at all. Also, every time they cleaned the room, they would forget something - like not keeping fresh towels, or water bottles or soap etc. So one had to call reception and ask for it.

Nice big room, really clean and comfortable. Hot shower and useful kettle and fridge Handy location for MG street and metro.Staff were professional and helpful.

Mini kitchen in room was unnecessary as there were no utensils, cutlery or crockery?

I recently stayed at AK CASTLE SUITES (Booking ID: 4409172951) and had a very positive experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it met all of my expectations.

Very convenient location, neat and tidy rooms, basement parking.

Milk powder sachet was not there to prepare tea, a small addition !
