The location was good. The room was quite clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Hotel staffs were friendly and were able to meet the requirements on the go. Surely recommend to someone who is travelling for business related works.

The access card of the room was having slight trouble. Multiple trials were needed to open the room.

All I liked about this hotel was the location. The staff asked me not to use Booking.com the next time and to use other apps instead. The staff were well-behaved.

I recently travelled all the way to Bangalore and was a little exhausted, so I thought about bringing two friends over. However, the staff said that was not appropriate and that you should sit in the hallway and talk instead.This was quite upsetting. There didn't list no Visitors Policy or else i could have visited elsewhere.

hotel rooms are okay but the manager name Kunal Khatri was very rude he was drunk and he approached us in the hotel and was talking rude to me and my wife and also threatened us as we were from Mumbai and said he won’t let us go safely just because our tv volume was high in the room as we were watching big boss

They charged additional 500 rupees for little food stains on the towel which were washable. Towels are supposed be washable.I havent heard about charging extra for light stains on towels.This is the first hotel where I see charges levied for using towel which got food stains unintentionally. (Not that it was used to wash dishes).The process was tiring and is the main concern.During check out they kept us waiting for 40-45 mins .From the time we came in to the reception for checkout we were told to wait and unnecessarily our check out process was not entertained.After half an hour they mentioned the room is being checked after which we waited for 15 more minutes when I lost my patience and asked about the issue.Then the lady at the reception told 'I am calling my manager'..On asking further she told there are food stains on the towel and Rs.500 would be charged.Please come to the point directly when dealing with corporates since the schedule stays busy and people have other important things to tackle rather than just sitting for the manager to come in and charge for the towel with food stains. How are the people in the reception trained if they dont know what to do in such scenarios and need to wait for their manager to come in..We had to catch a flight,the uber kept waiting and this behaviour seemed non sensical.
