it’s centrally situated with plenty of restaurants, cafes, momo carts, and food options nearby. But beyond that, the stay has been extremely disappointing. From the unhygienic conditions and cockroach infestation to being charged extra for a pointless room change, everything else about the experience has been a letdown.

The room was in an extremely unhygienic condition with a severe cockroach infestation as they were crawling on the floor, bed, and even on my clothes. The bedsheets and towels had cigarette burn holes, and the towels had strange yellow stains, which was unacceptable. Despite raising the issue, I was charged extra for an “upgrade” that had the same problems. The staff was unhelpful, and I had to repeatedly call customer service just to get that extra charge removed. This entire experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far below basic standards. I am requesting a full refund for the distress and inconvenience caused.

The room floor had shoeprints and similarly the bathroom had footprints. The floor mats were not clean. The breakfast was not the toast, eggs, and fruits that was advertised and best skipped. There was noodles with ketchup and some cold and hard 'pakodas' with chutney the day I checked.

It's a new hotel opened recently for travelers who are having work close to outer ring road and nearby areas. Location of the property is very much safe and friendly. There's a veg restaurant near to the hotel which can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

No wi-fi connection provided. Parking facilities not provided. Room services not provided.
