Hotel Gwen By Rivido, Near IIM Bangalore

The hotel was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and the staff was really polite. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well.

The food, rooms, the staff everything was very good. The location was amazing. The food was excellent and prices were reasonable. the Rooms were extremely comfy and clean. Staff was very amicable and friendly.

They dont have any smoking rooms. I think that is the only drawback.

Calm and quiet place. Friendly staff. Well maintained.

Polite staff, clean & comfortable beds. Good food and amenities. Would Definetly recommend

No exhaust in bathroom - can’t smoke. Ac very loud

This hotel is really clean and is at a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Overall a great stay :)

Room cleanliness, friendly servers, food portions were just right so nil wastage, homemade taste if food

Limited choice of food as items mentioned in menu were not available.

Property was decent and clean. The rooms were spacious with enough storage space to settle down if you go for a long stay. The food quality was good as well.

My staying at the Gwen hotel was great, I've enjoyed it very much. The room is large, beautiful and comfortable. I had delicious meals at the rooftop restaurant, recommend egg masala dosa for breakfast and curry chicken with aloo gobi dry at lunch. The hotel staff is amiable and very helpful in everything I needed. In general, all services were excellent.

The location was good and the infrastructure was good

The staff, checkin is very long

Incredible rooms, great value for money, quiet locality. You can order food to your room

Poor staff service. They couldn't get my booking right and kept asking me to checkout everyday despite me paying upfront for the three days of stay.

Loved the size of the room and cleanliness for the price offered. It was on par with most 5 star properties, even beating out a few of them convincingly. The pressure of the water was exceptional - maybe not a deal breaker for most people but a definite must for me and like-minced travelers. The staff were very polite and always accommodating. The wifi was generally good.

The towels were horrible - they were new towels that had not been thoroughly broken in, and this made them leave tiny white fibers all over me whenever I used them. My head looked like it was covered with salt. The breakfast is not exactly the best - but with so many local options all around the hotel, I don't think this is necessarily a problem.

The room was fantastic, very neat, comfortable with all facilities required such as TV, Hot water, Hair dryer, wardrobe, kettle, working table etc.,

Nothing!

Room is very comfortable and spacious with a very peaceful atmosphere.. Perfect for solo travel ?

its brand new and clean rooms. very spacious

The rooms ambience and hotel location.

The staff didn't get the full n final bill ready on time of checkout and post checkout following up for the some pending payment of food. This is a very lame way to manage. Also would request the management to keep an option for a few rooms for smokers too.

Our stay at Gwen Rivido was very comfortable. Location is very good near IIM banglore. Me and my daughter stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Cleanliness is very good. It's brand new hotel. Value for money. Overall stay Awesome.
