They offer me room on the top floor, this room is accessible from restouran and door directly oppening in the restourant. Smelling was not nice on this floor. They change my room but bed was not comfortable, construction was very close to view of room. Facility is need a renovation, everything is old. Corridor cleaning starts 7:30 am and this is reason to wake up early. Reseption officer listening loudly music also unprofessional. Breakfast was realy bad. Nothing was ready on time and not possible to find eat for western people.

It's really close to the airport and very cost effective, the staff were nice.

The sheets were a bit dirty when we checked in, however those were changed immediately when asked.

Breakfast was good, room was very clean, sheets were not stained like at the other hotels in same category. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Real value for money.

Quaint location on quiet dead end street, no traffic, conducive to walking. Also short distance to shopping area. It’s a relatively small hotel, which is fine. Rooms are decent, not luxurious but good value.

The hotel is super clean, and the food was great and service was really good. And it's very peaceful and very near to airport.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, near to the airport. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was very good. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Mehboob and Lithika at the reception provided excellent hospitality. The room was spacious and clean. Value for money, would definitely stay here again.

the location- Near aiport

my room had no towel or toilet paper- had to call reception to bring it. We stayed at floor 4th and there iwas a lot of noise from the dining room upstairs and from a construction beside the hitel.

Staffs were very helpful and nice to us. They even helped us booked Uber when we can't get one

The keys to some rooms are not working. Sometimes there's power cut but it's normal in india

Morning breakfast -Food poisoning happened So try to avoid the complementary breakfast.Room no- 402 It felt like the room was booked for cockroaches.

There is poor on cleaning ,poor Small and cockroaches are in the room

Conduct of lady at Front Desk was extremely unprofessional.

The conduct of the lady at the front desk was extremely bad. I paid for my stay by card and after a while she calls the room and says payment did not go through. Later after frequent unprofessional calls I was informed that my payment was actually sucessful. I would strongly recommend visitors to be cautious and take invoices for any payment/avoid staying!

I have confirm book in 2 days but I am small work in my home come to one day there are two days amount or paying not written by the one day please check this type of issues

Nice modern hotel with very comfortable beds. Everything was good. The restaurant was also a treat. The front office manager Mo is very helpful and an asset. 15 minuted to the airport by uber at night (500r). Could location and quiet with little noise from the roads. I would happily stay again.

Nothing to dislike, stay here with confidence.

Receptionist would not tell me the taxi cost to airport until taxi had pulled up outside, then quoted too much

They canceled my booking without informing me. They only notified me on the morning of the same day, saying, "Your booking is canceled." Because of this, I faced lots of problems booking another hotel. In the afternoon, they called again saying, "Your booking is on, but the hotel has a water problem." I said that it was okay and asked them to send me the location. I did not receive any location or any call from the hotel.

Good location if you need just a pit stop in Bangalore and it’s best for you to stay close to the airport. The hotel was surely more clean than many others in India and for the price we payed (with inclusive breakfast) was very goody!

Was very clean but still there were some small bugs going around in the toilet, the staff was very polite and nice but communication was very difficult and most of the time we had to have up because we didn’t understand each other. The phone number which is on booking is not the real one, they will give you another number which will give you another number and all this long line might take a while - for the communication problem. No too bad after all, for a short stay is very recommended

Asked for adj. rooms and the same were promised by one. The other allotted rooms at different floors tell that they have these only.Room ambiance is not goodOtherwise good ?

1.Hotel Lobby under renovation when I arrived. Room's floor was dusty. 2. Receptionist was not so friendly, professional or helpful. Booking.com said free airport shuttle but it was not available. I asked receptionist to book uber, she said two small uber available only for my group for 1200 , I asked for bigger car , she said XL uber is 1400. She said will come to my room in 30minutes if she could get the XL Uber and send slippers that I asked. She didnt come. At 6 in morning, another reception said I didn't confirm, they didnt book Uber for me to airport. I called Uber myself, Uber came but too scare to enter the dead end to the hotel. Have to call another Uber n waited at junction. Small Uber cost only less than 500.3. They didnt have credit card machine. Have to pay with cash. Printer was not working properly to print invoice. 4. Reception was sleeping and need to be waken up during check out. 5. There is much better hotel few meters away called MyStay Tattwa, located main road ,room bigger, cleaner, we had dinner here, foods was great, hotel manager very kind to give us free local dessert.. We should hv stay here instead.

They cancel our booking at last day when we was travelling towards the location.
