Service good. Downstairs a good cricket bar and restaurant (nice tandoori chicken). Ask for a room facing street to have a openable window.

There was no breakfast given! Rubbish!

I checked in night. I dint clearly observe the dirty pillow n bedsheets later when I checked out after few minutes I get call from hotel to come back and pay extra for cleaning the sheets! What type of Rubbish hotel is this!

It was amazing stay and room was neat and clean, specially food is awesome in restaurant and on the rocks bar..

Very poor wi fi service. Door access needs to be activated everyday. There were cocroaches in the bathroom. There is a load noise of the bar down. You cant sleep in the night

Rooms are good, fan makes loud noises, towels are bad

check in took longer than 30 mins. they are trying to squeeze more money (about a 1k more) out of us than shown in the booking. they claim some commission is missing and should be paid by us. after some let us check in. finally they did offer the rooms we booked but smaller rooms. they tried to charge us during checkout again and it delayed checkout as well! its headache.

Attached restaurant food was awesome. Absolutely enjoyed the food and stay

1. Approach to the hotel rooms. First time difficult to find it.2. One time Washroom was filled with cigarette smoke. Had to buy air freshner.

Online and in the email which I received the cost for the stay mentioned as 1104rs and some taxes of 132rs which needs to paid . But in the reception they have taken around 1468rs from us , approximately 250 extra . They didn’t give the receipt also , breakfast was not included.

Very spacious rooms, clean wash rooms. Location is very convenient

No mobile network and very bad wifi connectivity. Would have stayed there for few more days but was unable to take calls or work
