Room space; Location. Sincerity of house keeping staff;

Interacted with two persons at reception and both were indifferent. Towels were looking grey - unclean. Kitchen had no kettle nor gas stove. Toilet health-faucet was damaged and leaking. Insufficient drinking water. Unbranded unlabeled toiletries.

■ Nice residential area. ■ Located at a walkable (15 mins) to Brigade Tech Park ■ Several local food options around ■ Spacious rooms ■ Rental consists of a hall with Sofa, a bedroom, a bathroon and a Kitchen area.■ Basic toiletries were available.

■ No bath towels provided.■ Bed sheet was not clean at all. Requested to change, request was ignored by staff ■ Early checkin was charged heavily. ■ Room was not cleaned everyday. Dustbins were not emptied even after request.■ In general a cleanliness and good maintanance was missing.■ Kitchen had nothing other than a water heater.

Rooms are spacious and give a 1bhk feel completely and also the place is close of Brookfield mall. We have facility to park our vehicle also.

Breakfast, Bathrooms can be little more clean and also it’s quite small when compared to room size. Early check in denied.

only breakfast is ok.rest nothing is good.

I stayed in 401. the list is long-1- After checking in, I found the glasses were not cleaned and were yellow from the inside.2- Rooms were not clean, hairs were there.3- AC was not working.4- The kitchen is useless as there is no single utensil.5- The Kitchen looks like no one has cleaned it for ages.6- The bedroom wall has blood spots on it.7- The staff were rude. When I asked them to change the room they said to search other hotels. So I did :)8- While checking out I was forced to give a review while scanning something for which I refused because I want to write the true review for this property.

Staff are good. Location is good but on on main road. In the rate the property was offered, is actually a very good preposition. All together good one in this rate.

I liked the Breakfast menu but there can be little variety in foods. That is the only observation I have.

Good spacious clean rooms. Affordable price. Good location.

The staff is not very professional. Towels were smelling and were not provided daily.

Friendly staff, decent cleaning.

Poor wifi, poor breakfast

I could not enjoy the breakfast as I left early. The staff was good. I would definitely stay here when I would come next time.

Not Applicable.

Good location.Big rooms.Staff behaviour

Bathroom fittings.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is quite sumptuous and rooms are large and clean.

Good and clean rooms. Quite place. Power backup. Breakfast

Breakfast is not worth as expected.

Location.

Price...had I booked on the day of checkin, I would have more than 35% cost. It was just a basic apartment with no restaurant.

The stay and comfort are so amazing. It's pretty spacious and clean. The breakfast options were also amazing. The point to highlight is the warm hospitality and friendly nature of the staff.

Network issues for Jio and a few other service providers.

Breakfast was Ok ok . Room was small but it was with small living room also , so overall good.

My bill was something Rs. 23xy , at first the owner tried to fetch Rs. 32xy . Could be intentionally or accidently but "These dishonest practices now quite common".

Else mentioned below.

Check out time could have been extended as they have no rush for that particular room, we asked only 2hours for. The location was okay okay.
