Villa Grand Hotel Near Kempegowda International Airport

Well placed near the airport. Check-in was good. Hotel is clean and the staff is good.. The bathroom was big and good.

We booked a room for 3 people and there was only a double bed. Ideally they should provide a mattress if there are 3 people.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rest of the staff was equally courteous and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Expecting 3-4 items during breakfast. Otherwise is was ok.

As there weren't many guests staying, the reception manager gave me a free upgrade. The room was spacious and very comfortable. He also booked a taxi for my early ride to the airport the following morning.The manager and the staff were polite and friendly.

As with my previous stay, it wasn't easy to sleep. There was a lot of loud talking, which echoed through the hotel. Also dogs barked during the night. These two issues are common in India, so really it's to be expected.

Really close to the airport. Convenient for easy access. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are quite large and spacious. Good value for money.

On arrival check in took too long We got to the bedroom and all the bedsheets were dirty. Staff said they might have forgot to change them. We had to ask for toilet rolls and towels The ac wasn’t working Breakfast was very very poor Not a 4* hotel

Location is not what is shown in the app. When contacted about with the booking.com app itself the service was very bad and ignorant.

Was reasonable for one night stay for flight the next day. Clean.

There was banging noise at around 6.00am which woke us up. It seemed there was work going on above our room at that time. That seemed unreasonable.

Spacious toilets and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good quality of sleep. Helpful staff.

Horrible breakfast. Poor service in the restaurant. The lift doesn’t reach the breakfast floor either. One has to climb up the last floor. The window of the room opens into the wall of the adjacent property.

Cost efficient, tidy hotel near airport

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. There was a small table with a kettle, sugar, and tea, but no cup or spoon. It took more than one request to get those. A chair would have been useful, as unlike many, I don't like to sit on the bed The bathroom could do with some attention, but there was hot water from the shower, also shampoo and soap. I asked for towels, and was generously given two.The breakfast was very good, but I had to ask for a plate, which took a while because the staff there didn't speak English.Although check-out was at ten, I was allowed to stay until twelve, which was very helpful.The room boy was especially smiley and polite.

Hygiene wise it's average.

The hotel didn't have anyone to assist during check in nor check out.Location was average.Kitchen is closed after 10pm. So, dinner has to be ordered from outside or stay hungry overnight.Complimentary breakfast till 10:30am which is only south Indian and nothing else.I stayed at a deluxe room single which had a leaking handshower. These small things matter a lot for a traveller.No security personnel was available in the hotel that seems quite unsafe and insecure. However, cctv was there but only the reception person had access to them.I have nothing against the hotel but if they can address these issues it can be a wonderful stay.

Did not provide us with any coffee cups or additional towels. We were only given one towel and asked to share amongst the two.
