Treebo Celebrity Hotels And Suites

The rooms

The food came at 10 or at 9:30 am even after complaining therefoee my parents were late for the conferenceall 4 days ...one day ot became so late that they had to leave without food ...there was no water in the taps from night 12:30 to 8:00am

Treebo cancelled my booking because it was asking to pay partially before reaching to property. But due to vacant rooms it was book at site. They don't bother the business etiquette,.So please don't write in your booking to pay at property.

very nice and helpful staff. they helped us checkin easily and helped us get cabs and told us where to go since our bus got cancelled. 10/10 excellent service. All extra amenities we asked for was also given (extra towels, water, etc) as prompted. The location is also peaceful and not much traffic to disturb you. The washroom had a water heater which was nice since the weather was very chilly during our stay.

location was very inside .staff was coopearative. mattress were comfortable.

hygiene needs to be improved . towels were not clean .bathroom size was so small

Rooms are spacious and comfortable stay

Towels are little bit dirt stains and there is only shower gel and shampoo need to add toothpaste for future stays

Room were spacious and clean , staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, location was good. Place is safe for women travelling alone as well.

Nothing to mention

My stay was Ok, hot water was not coming in my room after calling the staff they gave me another room food quantity was less please improve Staff was helpful

Terrible

Dirty linens, poor breakfast, noisy room all through the night

It was neat and the staff were responsive.

Since it was raining I couldn’t get the towel on that day and it had little disturbance.

Room was neat and clean with all basic amenities. I requested for a late checkout, that is also provided. Breakfast was limited but tasty.

NA

Location and cleanliness

Electricity is not there and even generator is not working properly

Room is spacious with good ventilation and big balcony

Separate beds and its not so comfortable No separate parking available.Had to park outside where my car got light scratches

They have cYou advertised in site that no need of credit card or advance payment but they have cancelled our booking by saying that we didn’t made payment

This kind of lying and irresponsible action. Once again we will try it. If they do the same, we will complaint them and about your site to ministry and consumer protection

Rooms were spacious and good staff.

In house food is not available

Passable

Hygiene,Towels were not cleanFound stains in bedsheet and towels..

The rooms are clean

I paid for breakfast, on reaching hotel they mentioned breakfast will be served only after 08:30 am. Which on a working day is too late, moreover this should be specified prior to booking.I didn't get breakfast on any of the days, but I paid for it.I didn't receive correct invoice, the given address, GST numbering mentioned.Location is safe, but rental cars are not easily available.Mobile network inside the room is weak.

Breakfast not provided, location is average

The bathroom was not cleaned at all, so it was cleaned after check-in.

Location is very good...Staffs are friendly..

BREAKFAST NEED TO BE IMPROVED ..NO TASTE AT ALL.

I loved the fact that it is made around a vicinity which has everything available and in a reasonable price. I could just walk and have everything within 10 minutes.

This isn't particularly their fault but there was a lot of electricity fluctuation. The power tripped thrice a day too but I guess it was just one of an incident.

Just the location

No toiletry as shown in description. room was not clean, found cigarette budds in the room. Towel was filthy, and when asked for a separate one was told the laundry is not present.
