Staff conversation was so loud in the ground floor and echoed heavily upto second level. Not comfortable to sleep the whole night. Reported to the help desk in midnight but not much helpful.
Comfortable room, good size. Very convenient for the airport.
No toilet tissue (I know that is normal for India but international travellers do expect it). Harsh lighting in the room.

Staff support was excellent. Very quick and polite and very much helpful.Breakfast was very good.Overall experience is good . I recommend Arra suites.
Cleanliness might have been better.Bedding we got was not very comfortable .slight dirt marks were present .Bed comfortness was not ok.Me and family members are regular customers when ever we fly from Bangalore airport.Previously we were very much satisfied and it was meeting way beyond our expectations .Now it seems like improvement is needed with cleanliness and comfort .

Comfortness needs to be improved and also cleanliness in Bathroom. In kitchen we had only 1 kettle nothing more than that . Then why we. Need a kitchen when there no provision of kitchen facilities
