Accept the location nothing good about the hotel

Hotel is very very old with most of the facilities not in working state and the rooms are bad smell which are sprayed with heavy pest control chemical and bath water both hot and cold water smells rotten due to very old plumbing and bath water flow is very slow and bath door does not close. Room no. 238

buffet both breakfast and dinner were awesome with plenty of choices.each one of the staff from the front desk to restaurant to house keeping were really warmthe front office manager Mr. Bala was really helpful

name confusion would suggest having distinct names for all your hotels on landing it was lemon tree whitefield was confusingthe day i was leaving i had booked a cab selecting "keys select by lemon tree" but it took me to the other side hossur road had to miss my flight because of the confusion.

Poor service does not come in category of even 2 star

Nobody picks phone , every service is either forgotten or it’s done after many reminders .No professional behaviour on any service

Breakfast was good. Service was nice. Spread was passable.

The room was having a damp smell. Request for an additional sheet took several calls. Reception was hardly having proper clue on where the room is.

Size of the bed is too small. Images are misleading.

Rooms were spacious.

The room had cockroaches and lizards. No one bothered to clean. No escalation was made by staff. The restaurant was sighted with pests and cockroaches on three different meal occasions. No action was taken. Only on the last day, the housekeeping manager was apprised after the photograph of cockroach on muffins at breakfast was taken and shown. Serious laps of higine and training of respons to pest sighting in restaurant. Hope this would be taken as a positive input and the hotel management will the proactive steps to take care of the property.

Too pricy breakfast for the menu they offer.

Cleanliness could have been better in the rooms and corridors.

Had a very good experience few years back with Cochin Keys.

Option for room service was less.Hot water was not available both days Think just the morning tea and coffee can be made complementary.

It was worst stay I ever had in a hotel

Pathetic service and ambience. No air circulation and had to spend a sleepless night. No television service. Definitely not worth a penny

The location was good.....the breakfast was also good inculding every type of dish and fruits and jucies it was nice...the ambience in the surrounding area was also superb..... staffs was good....

.... The room which show and given was different the overall space was ver small the TV in the room was form 20's i thik...a small screen..and even oru phones were not able to connect with a cable... Asked for a king size bed give an extra bed and put in down and also i asked give another room with opening not given.... an asked for a smoking allowing and yet we was given a non smoking room ... fully closed room like locked in a box i asked for other room not available..... giving a big amount and overall it was not up to the make... In bathroom the towel holders was broken.......the was only one hand shower...the tissue box was with 1 tissue the toilet paper holder was broken...overall experience was ohk... A premium hotel like this we do a far btr ....it was not upto the mark

Nothing that I liked. They are just missussing the name of Lemon Tree brand

I liked nothing, staff were arrogent, have very bad rooms.They close their resturant early at 9:30 pm and then they don't allow outside foods. Where as I had checked in the hotel at 9:30pm. Rubbish facility and staff behaviour. It's seems they are running a PG not a star rated hotel. I really doubt who had given then 3 star status
