It's close to decathlon if you need to shop. The staff is good.

The inn is very far from the airport. The inn charges 500 rs per way. The cost doubles just to get to the inn. The sheets were not clean and full of stains.The map on booking.com is wrong.

It was too expensive for Indian standards for a non AC room

The staffs didn't bother to provide breakfast but provided everyone elseI had to askTelephone isn't workingToilet light was flickeringIt was not mentioned that it wasn't AC room. I had to pay 200rs extra for an AC room. Airport title is so misleading Bangalore airport is a luxury but this hotel is no where close to itThe location is very bad too

Staff, responses and breakfast

No slipper in bathroom, no hot water and mug, shower not working.

The king size bed is not suitable for 3 adults. They asked Rs.500 for an extra bed. The water heater was not working in the bathroom. It was very difficult to take bath.They are not ready to repair. They told me to go for another room to take a bath which was not cleaned. A very bad experience we had at the hotel.

In my opinion airport pick up and drop should be added in Hotel charges

The road to the Hotel should be good. There are so many hotels near to this hotel but the road conditions are very bad, even bad then the village

Very poor house keeping,the bathroom has small millipede,crawling all over ,the linen is very poor quality,not washed properly and complimentary breakfast was pathetic

Best budget stay, very close to airport. They arrange airport pickup also which was affordable.

Nothing as such..The location was a bit inside

Online photo and reality are far different. Ac is there but not cooling..walls are broken. Towel are very bad.. Pale and smell. I was booked the room for 1 night for transit time to take rest. But I cancelled the stay pay all the money and rest at airport. Quilt covers and bed linen are dirty, very old, not able sleep in that bed. Bathroom are dirty better public toilet..I am not able to take shower because of the bath towel and bucket are stingy.Horible night

I didn’t stay

I booked my stay a few days before arriving, yet when I got there at 1am they said they had no rooms available coz they double booked. Spent 2 hours going back and forth with them about the issue and ended up paying for more at a hotel down the road

Didn't like anything

Negligent behaviour of reception people. When I entered the room, only the bathroom light was working.Receptionist tried to switch on the light, but he has failed. I have to spend some time in the darkness at Bedroom.After about 20 minutes someone came and corrected the light. They have promised me that, they will arrange for at least tea, as complimentary breakfast will be available after 8.30 am.I have checked out just before 8 am, but they didn't provide Tea as promised.After checked out I have called them asking to search for a smart watch that I had left in the room. But even after multiple calls they didn't bother to search the room saying that they are very busy. On 3rd day after check out after multiple calls from me, they said that they have searched the room and they didn't find any smart watch

There is no cleaning, the bathroom tiles are dirty and the bedsheet has Mark like someone did something and they did not clean it.

The friendly hotel staff contacted me and arranged a pickup service at the airport. The room was clean and up to my expectations.

Behaviour of staff was good. View was good from window, lift is available

Room was not cleaned properly, window mesh was dusty, window was too small though we get to see nice sunset. Room is too small, bad approaching road, no much working space

Booked a room and I told the property manager I ll be reaching late as I was traveling from Chennai..on reaching the property they said the room have been alloted to another party..it sums up the frustration we faced since I had gone to Chennai for treatment along with a patient..In all pathetic experience
