Firstly, I was charged extra due to discrepancies between what was displayed on my screen and what the hotel claimed to see on their end. I am unsure whether this issue is from Booking.com or the hotel's responsibility, but it caused unnecessary expense.Additionally, the room provided was far below acceptable standards:It was unclean and lacked basic hygiene.There were no towels, soaps, shampoos, or other essential amenities.The room had a foul odor, with no tables, chairs, or any features remotely resembling a "deluxe" room.The overall experience was extremely unpleasant, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a decent stay.

Except price nothing but that was also costly as they took early check in 300

It’s small and clean, very good property.

Parking may be an issue but with friendly staff you don’t have to worry. I was there at 2 am in the morning and a person from reception assisted me with the parking.

The room was impeccably clean.Toilet super clean. New Ac New geyser. No towel rod in washroom. No cloth hanger / wardrobe in the room. Budget Hotel . Pillow covers were dirty. The quilt, Pillows was black in color which is not welcome. Very close to D mart Ramamurthy Nagar. Some good hotels are located nearby. Transport is not a problem. Located @ 4.5kms from krishnarajapuram Railway station. Hassle free checkin thru booking.com. Was Charged 1156 for single ac occupancy. No room service. No restaurant. Overall good Hotel.

Nothing about this hotel was good; this was a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend this at all. There's not a single good thing about this place.

I had a truly dreadful experience at this hotel and would strongly advise against staying here.Firstly, the accommodation was in terrible condition. The room I was given was not at all as described. I had booked an air-conditioned room, but the AC was completely non-functional. To make things worse, the windows had to remain open due to the faulty AC wiring, making the room uncomfortable and drafty. The overall maintenance of the hotel was bad ; everything seemed either broken or in disrepair.The most alarming part of my stay occurred during the night. At around 2 AM, someone repeatedly banged on my door, which was incredibly frightening. I felt unsafe and decided to leave the hotel immediately the next morning.If you value your safety and comfort, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It was an absolute nightmare and not worth any price.

We have not taken break fast. Location is ok.

No towel rod in the bath room. No hangers provided. No towels provided. No minimum toiletries provided. Rooms were echoing. Fan was making noise. Switches are not in the approachable location. Lots of outside noise heard inside the rooms. Main door locks were difficult to open & close with the keys.
