I like this location even though it is a bit isolated, and far from any city-center lifestyle. The hotel has a good restaurant, and if you want western style fast food there is a KFC and Pizza Hut within 20 minutes of walking. Clean and friendly. Recommended.

Location, cleanliness, service were all good.

However when I visited restaurant to have breakfast at 9.45am, most of the items were over it was not refilled even when reminded.

Hotel room size is big and spacious. Comfortable location and good parking facilities.

Furniture, room interiors, towels and linens were quite old.

Clean and quiet place with friendly staff

AC is not good, takes too long to cool. Does not maintain the set temperature. It should be fixed.

Good hotel in the vicinity. Clean and comfortable rooms. There's an Andhra restaurant serving tasty food next door but not for breakfast. Hotel restaurantis good though expensive. Since we had booked to go to a uni in sarjapur, hotel was convenient for our purpose.

Location is in the middle of nowhere on a very busy road. No supermarkets, ATM or veg hotels nearby and the nearest is 500 meters away and walking is not very convenient with vehicles taking the side road and garbage around. Not easy to get an auto for a short trip either.

Room are big and spacious. Quite neat and clean property. Bed is comfortable.

Room Service sucks. Food is horrible. WiFi is from 1990s. Highest speed u get is 3 Mbps. Breakfast was the worst I ever had, doesn't deserve to be a 4 star hotel.

Break fast excellent. Location for Hosur Industrial Area is very convenient.

No news paper in room. Many TV channels were not subscribed. Could not watch IPL match. For the Tarriff room Refrigerator is required

Everything about this was awesomeBig and clean rooms Nice foodHelpful staff

Position is excellent , and so is the room. It's maintained well and is clean. Room is spacious. Bathroom is maintained well

Restaurant has very limited options, menu is subpar , many of the items on menu are unavailable. Breakfast buffet is not value for money. Multiple times room service does not pick up calls

CLEANLINESS- SERVICE

Breakfast some items finished and not replenished on time. Rates are high.

Location just of the highway for my trip was perfect. Also the A2B vegetarian restaurant just 100mts away was the reason for my choice of this place.

The bed was so so and even after requesting for a queen they only alloted 2 single. The front desk was simply couldn't csre what we booked. Worst he is only interested in us checking out by 12n, more than checking in.

Staffs generous behaviourCleanlyness

food

Good location - right off the highway.

Running low on staff. Service very slow. Language problem.

On the highway and the reservation helped immediately to relocate to a non-smoking room. The staff were quite helpful and found a bit aghast to tell guests who were not following governmental precautions related to pandemic, which is quite sad. Can’t blame the hotel management though.

Nothing in particular, the one night stay was comfortable
