Nothing was worth liking in this place, pls avoid this place at any cost. Save your money & health but not choosing this place.

The room was in terrible condition – it smelled awful and was clearly not cleaned properly. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, including near the bed and bathroom. The walls were dirty, and the entire space felt unhygienic and neglected. Definitely not worth staying in. Avoid if you value cleanliness and basic comfort.

Honestly, it’s hard to find anything positive about this experience. The overall condition of the place overshadowed any potential good points. Basic cleanliness and functionality should be a given, and those were completely lacking here

The experience here was absolutely terrible. Cockroaches were running everywhere, making the entire place feel unhygienic and disgusting. The room smelled awful, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The environment resembled a third-class lodge, far below any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the heater didn’t work, leaving us uncomfortable in the cold. The place isn’t even neat and tidy. This is by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

Aweful

It was very bad. Broken things, broken window, torn bedsheets, smelly toilet, no hot water in the shower, spa tub / mini fridge is a joke - nothing there! The worst of the lot - there were big cockroaches in the room - yikes!

Lift not working during my stay for last 4 daysRooms are old and shabby Bed sheets are too old to be cleaned properly. Overall ambience is extremely gloomy. No ventilation in the room. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom.Bathroom fittings are dirty.Aquarium is very dirty.

Didnot stay

The night I went I had requested for cancellation immediately after seeing the property. The phone number mentioned doesnot work and no response to emails sent.It's nothing close to what it looks in the pictures.very shady place and the room was tiny. The locks fixed with some green gluy materials. Very broken and run down. Still shocked that booking.com has given it five star inspite of the pathetic conditions. The site should check the place before giving such reviews. I booked another place and stayed there and kept on sending them emails and messages on booking.com for a refund as I have not stayed at all with them.Hopefully booking.com looks into the matter and resolves it. In short I was duped with false pictures and five star rating on booking.com

Basic aminties are not there no hot water. Water flow was very low and to fill one bucket it take ~30 min

Location was very good on the junction under flyover. Many eating and drinking joints were nearby. But overall very simple area.

The place was kind of shabby and shady. Not for families and ladies. No ventilation or light in my room. Overall the entire place looked very dark with very less lighting.

property is too old they don’t have even a phone in the room to connect not at all good ambience can’t stay for long hours in the room as AC is set to default temperature fan are too noisy difficult to sleepdon’t order anything you will regret for sure go nearby hotels for tea and meal etcstaff is not at all supportive simple never stay here 2000/day is hell of money for this

Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in the sleep quality was excellent.

Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Wifi is pathetic not stable at all. Moreover there is no room services. They promised to give TV but it's not given at all. Most worst thing is that they are charging 50% more than the MRP. No complimentary at all not even a half litre water bottle per day

Pathetic

It was the worst experience. The rooms was full of water whenever it rained, the room and the washroom was dirty and the staffs were really unprofessional. They charged so much for the room and it was not worth it. Horrible experience

1. Staff is extremely helpful. Especially the cleaning staff2. My room had a lot of sunlight. Which is good!However it also depends upon the room position. You may get a room pointing to the wall of another building.3. Pretty neat and clean4. Has a working fridge to keep things5. AC is functioning and good

1. Wi Fi is horrible2. No laundry can be done. Even if it is done, it can't be dried due to lack of drying places3. No food can be heated. No microwave, whether inside room, or common4. Don't fall for "spa". There is none. Lol5. Fan works in only two modes. Full speed, or snail speed. Needs fixing.

Location from GTP was close as well as many options for food. Food was bit costlier than expected.

Mattress were not good. Bed sheet was also not that much good. Bathroom was not clean and handle was broken. May be I was expecting much from what I paid. But overall not value for money which I paid for it. Staff was good though and helpful.
