Was assigned a smoking room. It felt not clean at all. All my clothes were smelling cigarette smoke.

Noting like to appreciate

No privacy, no heating, no clean room. But staying in here very bad decision.

Location is good

There was no toiletries no towels tea coffee in the roomEverything was forgotten The common iron board was dusty and not worthy for use

Except the tariff and Locations, i did not find anything good here.

The restaurant appears to be disorganized, and the staff seem to lack proper training. Several reasonable requests were declined, even though they were part of the restaurant’s listed services. It also seems to be running with insufficient staff, which affects the overall experience

Ram and Lamu front front office assisted us well. Provided us smooth checkout and response was prompt. Housekeeping maintained the room well.Food from restaurant was delicious,Will surely come back again.

I like just the location nothing else.

Twin bed size is too small to sleep. I never seen such type of bathroom size.

Value for money and friendly attitude of staffs

Bathrooms are too old and restaurant menu needs upgrade. Few food items were repeated between breakfast and dinner and taste too was very ordinary. Tea was served from vending machine rather than freshly made. But overall experience was reasonable and value for money.

Great service by all staffs specially from front office Lamu and Pallabi both are very efficient and coperative .The room also need and clean .

Staff is very nice and kind. Everyone is very supporting specially from front office Lamu and Rohit .The food was great.The housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping the rooms spotless and well-stocked with essentials.

Reception team is good like to see there smile every time i come and there good welcoming gesture pallabi was good speaking food is nice never get to have breakfast may be next time will plan we have heard a lot about the breakfast of ibis that its good in short its a good hotel with nice food and clean rooms well maintained

Cleanness & Location is good.

TV Size and cable/network/dish connection is worst. Lighting is very poor in the room. Lighting effects create the laziness of the eye and body. Worst lighting facility.
