It's my go to place for about 2-3 years in BengaluruThe best part is it's maintained, clean and improving. The location is great.The price range is perfect as well

Location, Staff and the cleanliness was good.

The view from the room was blocked by the neighbouring building.

Great Location, at the heart of Koramangala. Had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The hot water was great. Overall a wonderful stay for a 2-3 day trip, value for money to get this kind of room in prime Koramangla location.

The WiFi at times was a bit wonky and more cutleries can be kept in the room.

Shout out to Mr .Nagaraj , the receptionist, the security..all.these people collectively made my stay convenient and comfortable.

The washroom is clean and has all required amenities but has an unpleasant odour sometimes...

Clean well spacious rooms tucked in a very handy location. Great staff, superb service. Bang on the money as well !

The property is good and centrally located. Staff is excellent... I had a wonderful experience with Nagaraj, Karishma & Prithvi. The remaining staff were equally helpful and friendly. To me, each of the staff members went above and beyond to accommodate my comfort.

I feel for the price we pay, charging us extra for 2 bottles of water could be omitted. I remember having ordered 3 extra bottles on one of the days and not ordering for another 2 days, yet I was charged for the extra bottles ordered. Here doing a simple calculation that order 3 on one day and not order for another 2 days balances out the same. Anyways, this is what I felt ... this could go under the rug as trivial

Rooms and specially washroom are a little too small

It is a neatly maintained property at a nice location. The room is very pleasant with nice money plant and a plate , spoons and forks that is useful if you order food through apps. there is a coffee and snacks vending machine at the reception but i did not try to use it. The TV in the room was big - I think 43 inches

TV should have regular Dish TV providers like Tata Sky rather than the smart tv apps as it is very difficult to choose and use . They should allow early check in without charging additional for people who reach early. People opt for low occupancy and cheaper hotels when they cant get an early check in.

Extremely clean hotel. The bed was so clean. And the entire room looked so cute. Really loved how everything was placed. Location is also great. Lot of nice restaurants around the hotel.

The bathroom smell was absolutely disgusting. The water from the hand shower and sink smells like sewage. Even after telling the staff about this issue, it wasn't really fixed. The smell was absolutely over powering. Even after closing our noses with a cloth, you can smell it. Luckily you don't get that smell all day. It mostly smells only when you use the water. Only because of this issue i won't be coming back here.

The way of receiving the customers even in the late nights was a good part.

No ceiling fan in the room. It's a huge discomfort for me. If it's raining outside and if we get wet, there is no option to dry the clothes because of lack of fan. Do ensure the providence of fan facility.

Bad experience

THE WIFI IS SO BAD THAT THEY USE LIMITED WIFI!!When you use hotels or stays you are supposed to have access to unlimited wifi without interference, I faced so much issues regarding this especially when im in the middle of work, have to walk up and down the reception to get the new code for wifiOlive Koramangala is such a disappointment!!

Good value for money. There is an actual lobby, good fragrance as you enter, couches , a coffee machine etc. Room is clean. The bathroom is so so, but no complaints for the price you pay. The counter staff and security are all polite. The property is comparatively new, so everything is clean.

Horrible stay

The staff is ill informed about the check in process. The room is very small. The wifi doesn't work. The sheets are dirty with old hair strands stuck on the velpro on the ends. Hot water does not work.

Good

Service is bit poor but not bad. We had to ask for towels 2-3 times. Also there was no intercom facility provided to call at the reception. Staff were nice, rooms and washroom were decent, good ambience, location is nice, rooms and servicing were top notch.

The Bed was Comfortable and the Air conditioning worked Fine unlike the last property.

Firstly, I found the cleanliness of the room to be subpar. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible grime in the shower and a noticeable odor. Additionally, the bed linens appeared to be stained and had not been changed from the previous guest.Furthermore, the attitude and professionalism of the staff were disappointing. Upon arrival, I was met with indifference at the front desk, and any requests I made during my stay were either ignored or met with reluctance.

It wasn't clean and pricing is also high

It was not worth, their was no hot water during our entire stay and the staff was least worried after complaining for multiple times. Der was no sanitary kits in the washroom and room size was very small compared to the price also no proper parking. I won’t suggest this to anyone

Pros: the place is well located away from the main streets that helps quite a lot with noise reduction. I stayed on the night that India won the T20 finals and that didn’t matter at all. I was able to sleep comfortably. It’s also quite clean and the AC works well. The front desk staff was friendly. I stayed in a single room and the size of the room was reasonable.

Cons: The hot water didn’t work during my stay which is not great in itself but what made it worse was the constant lying by the supervisor. They kept giving dodgy explanations until I pressed for more information with the front desk and the lady there told me they had a short circuit in the heating system. They refused to give any money back to compensate. They also charge Rs 10 for a bottle of water. I’m not sure if that’s the norm but it felt like a rip off.

We stayed here with a last minute booking due to our new rental home being incomplete for move-in.The staff was warm, welcoming, very accommodating with us extending our stay, and being here allowed us to test and decompress after a very stressful day running up and down from our new home.The rooms were modern, clean, fully functional and very comfortable.Would highly recommended.

The overall location and the room was spacious and well equipped with all the necessities required.

The staff of the hotel was amazing, from the receptionists to the working staff and the security guard were all very polite and really helpful with the smallest of a problem. 10/10 service
