Lift didn't work. One of our family members got locked inside the lift and it took a long time to come out.

Definitely don't recommend staying at this place! I lost almost 8k on this property.

The property's pics are very misleading on booking.com. Bathrooms were unclean, bed had hairs, sheets had stains, the door mat in the bathroom hasn't been changed in years. The shelves were dirty and there were small insects almost everywhere in the room. I had unfortunately booked the place for 5 nights but promptly vacated after one night - just couldn't stay there. They didn't agree to refund to me and I took this up with Booking.com and they offered some credits. Effectively, I did lose around 7.5k INR on this reservation.

The room was not clean, stinky, the mattress looked unwashed, the entire room looked like an old mansion.

Not recommended due to Poor facilities and service

Room wasn't clean, ac was not working, no ventilation present, bathroom seemed to be leaked. No breakfast available. Even they didn't provided drinking water. Hence do not recommend this. Price is high compared to poor quality I have checked in hotel at 11pm in night stayed while official visit. Recommending Astro hotel which is just 2 building beside this hotel.

Rooms are not maintained. Walls very untidy. Bed was damaged. Water pressure in taps was very low. Cockroaches were there in the room. I have seen better places for lesser tariff. Very bad experience

It was an amazing stay with reasonable price. Bathroom was clean.

To be honest only the location

The rooms themselves are just average and not very clean. I noticed stains on the bed sheets, which was quite off-putting, and the bathrooms were not well-maintained either. The bucket provided was dirty, which added to the overall feeling of lack of cleanliness.

It was an amazing stay.. rooms are quite old but neat and clean.. the staffs are amazing and very helpful.. from check in to checkout it was smooth.. prime location..

Value for money

I have not ordered any break fast. Location was very good.

Lavatory can be little more clean and lavatory window was little visible from outside.

Only the location

The room had bedbugs and the sheets were not that clean Everything was old and dingyWhen I called the staff he asked me to wait for 5 minutes and I waited almost for 15minutes.We had to take our own luggage and go ti the reception where the guy waiting there was rude and said I had asked you to wait for 5 minutes as my staff is eating their lunch. He was very rude and lied cuz his staff came out of their room within 2 seconds and none of them were eating their lunch. I asked him that I want to change hotels but he said I have checked you guys in so you would have to pay. He gave us the next room on a different room after a lot of request and that room was entirely wet even the bed. There was no remote and then the staff stated there is only one remote for all rooms. I had to tell him to leave a remote invade it gets cold there was no button to even switch it off. This place definitely needs to do pest control and have new sheets as the pillows and everything was super old and dirty.

The prime location of the stay

The property is in good location, but needs proper improvement. AC is working but needs maintenance. The hall way smells with cigarette smell. Can improve overall look and appearance.

Though there was lot of issues, the staff was courteous and able to do workarounds for my problems

Receptionist pradeep was so friendly and provided quick response in facilitating room service

Location and staffs are very good. Wifi also works well.
