Room was filled with cockroaches...Room was smelling and owner changed the room and AC was bad...i Did not complain much as I was going to stay only for night and it was afterall budget hotel

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I recently booked a room through Booking.com from April 30th to May 2nd and I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience. My check in time is to 12pm. But I contacted Ajmal to asked for an early check-in at 10 am on the day of my arrival. And he was told me on that time there is no room available. So they will arrange non ac room for on that only after on your check in time you will get your booked room.so i will ok with. And i reached avenue inn hotel on my booked date.at that time no is in reception area. And I contacted one person, and he came after half-an hour. Till that time we wait for him. And he don’t know anything about booking.so he didn’t do anything. We called other concerned persons.they all are behaved like very misunderstandings. After 10am they said there is no rooms available in that property.here nearby there is another property we have so you may adjust with some time. After 12pm we will arrange here for your room. That time we are actually full of tired. And we have lots of plans.So we urgently want a room and we said ok to them, we go there.And that room is very uncomfortable. Because not room is cleaned, even bedsheet ,pillows everything!! But we adjusted because this only for 2 hrs.. after we can shift. But after 12pm there is no updates. So we called them, and they said can you wait for 2 hrs more because still there is no availability.. someone is not vacated so after vacating and cleaning you can come here. So we said ok again…finally after 2 pm they came and said here no rooms available today so you may adjust here or you can leave from here!! We are totaly mad on that time. Because we already booked that room on April 19th.. how they can said easily like that! Already we wasted our time for this hotel room..after we can’t go and search for other hotel that is not possible. And we pay full 2500 rs for them.It was very very bad experience from booking.com !

when i called the day before check in they said they don't have any rooms available at Avenue inn. he tried to shift into some local lodge called suits inn which was very poor, even ventilation was not there in the room. i didn't checked in seeing the poor condition of the room.

Spacious room, big & very comfortable bed, clean, nice staff. At first we were not provided with any towels, toilet roll or Soap (which it said were included) but as soon as we asked the staff got these things for us. Location is good also, everywhere accessible by tuk tuk for cheap.

Oyo cheating scheme

Oyo booking is showing a cheap price - around 400. But upon arrival they say there are only rooms for 1000+ and don't care about prebooked documents. We wasted money on taxi and time and it is not the first time Oyo fails us. Very bad service.

The location didn't look safe for family. Only the door was visible in the ground floor. Driver couldn't find it...It was as if staying on a footpath. Worst experience.. I left a day before moved to a safe location,lost one day's advance payment..

The staff gave used bedsheet.. No oil, paste, etc...No intercoms

It's in a very good location. Any Bangali or Muslim family can stay here well. A Mosque is nearby and also both Veg and Non veg Muslim restaurant were close to the Inn. About Manager and Stuffs,they were all very helpful, well behaved and Manager helped me with my money exchange. They didn’t charge extra for water bottle which was very appreciable. Room was ok. Kinda small but comfortable.They provided Soap, Shampoo. Overall it was good to stay

Hand shower had leakage and the water flow was slow. Flush wasn’t strong enough to wash. So had to use extra water to clean.

Located at prime location for transportation and food. Manager Ajmal is very kind and helpful.. Room service is also good.

My second stay here. Wonderful and accommodating staff.

Please tell your guests not to smoke in the rooms, the suspended particles remain in the air, over the bed, furniture and window sills, and in the curtains and wallpapers for weeks even after the room is cleaned, and it affects subsequent guests who are sensitive and have allergies. Also would be nice to clean the mosquito mesh sliding panel at the window for those who like to keep the window open instead of using the AC. Everything else was good. Thank you.

Mr.Ajmal the manager was soft spoken and resolved minor issues with a smile ??No one charged for extra water bottle everyday.I extended my stay by a day and I was made comfortable by alloting another room .. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I can't think of anything

The owner/manager is a good natured and helpful man. They gave a bottle of water and I filled up more from their kitchen in the 4th floor. Conveniently located close to the Contonment and Banaswadi railway stations.

The cleaning and maintainence of the room was not bad but lacking in attention to detail. If you find the sights and smells of meat uncomfortable, Frazer town area is not for you.

Manger is very humble and good. Try every possible way to make us comfortable. Budget friendly if you are ok to manage the cons

Bed and blankets have lot of stains, don't feel like sleeping only. Bathrooms are neat but looks like building is very old so the maintaince also not good. Mugs were sealed with plaster for breakage.Area is very worst, full of dirt drainage water. Hard to find the stay also. There is no parking available actually, we have to park infront of the hotel. Your vehicle will cover with dust if you just keep there of couple of hours also. Also there is a mechanical garage next to the hotel which is very untidy. I will not prefer this kind actually. Just after the seeing the reviews i booked but kind of disappointment only

The hotel's location is pretty amazing! The bus stop(Frazer Town) is nearby. There are several restaurants nearby (at walkable distance). The staff was very good, especially Mr. Ajmal at the reception who was very kind and friendly.

There were a few stains on the bedsheet and blanket, but they immediately provided me with new clean sheets.The room size seemed a bit small.
